Why should praise God
The soul, the vital part of human body, which the Most Gracious God has granted us, is in charge of doing two things with our body, first to make it alive and resistant against all pathogenic germs and decaying factors, and keeps it busy with whatever it has in mind to be done. But God, the Almighty has made the nature of our soul in a peculiar way to desire whatever fascinates and makes it interested. Of course, it depends on how it is fascinated with the real things or misleading ones. We know that God (SWT), far above what is described, has made our nature on the basis of three basic characters of self-love, loving good things, and caring about the real things which routinely escape from our senses. Though our soul should naturally choose what is compatible with it, because our physical world is full of deceptive things and our soul routinely chooses what does appeal it; the Most Considerate God has made a direct line through His messengers to adjust our soul on the right path of Him.
Did I not make a covenant with you, O Adam’s children that you should not serve Devil surely he is your open enemy, but you should serve Me because it is the right path? Indeed he has misled a number of you. Have you not applied your intellect? 36: 60-62
الم اعهدالیکم یابنی آدم ان لاتعبدواالشیطان انهّ لکم عدوّمبین وان اعبدونی هذاصراط مستقیم ولقداضلّ منکم جبّلا کثیراافلم تکونواتعقلون؟
Not only is God on the right path, but His messenger and his immediate successor are on the right path as well.
Surely I have put my trust in God, my Lord and your Lord. There is no creature uncontrolled by Him. Surely my Lord is on the right path. 11; 56
انیّ توکلت علی الله، ربیّ وربّکم، مامن دابهّ الاّهو آخذبناصیتها، انّ ربیّ علی صراط مستقیم.
Y.S. by the Quran, full of wisdom, most surely you are one of one of the dispatched who is on the right path. 36:1-4
یس، والقرآن الحکیم، انّک لمن المرسلین علی صراط مستقیم.
God has set an example of two men: one of them is dumb, not able to do anything, he is a burden for his master (totally dependent on his master), wherever He sends him he brings no good. Is he, with all those qualities, equal to one who is on the right path and commands with justice? 16: 76
ضرب الله مثلارجلین احدهماابکم لایقدرعلی شیئ وهوکلّ علی مولاه اینمایوجّهه لایات بخیر، هل یستوی هوومن یامربالعدل وهوعلی صراط مستقیم؟
Though applying the original character of our soul is necessary for the improvement of our individual life-style, our mental growth for enjoying a perfect social life strictly depends on how we can adjust our basic characters by the Devine rules. In other words, going beyond the Devine rules and sticking to the basic nature to do whatever pleases our soul not only we would upset our social life but we disturb our individual comfort as well. Denying Devine instructions certainly frustrates us to reach our real goal to please God, because we are not so perfect to know what we should do all the time. As you know, we have no choice but to live with one another, while we are made to desire nothing but the best, and we should care about nothing but the good and real things. Being conscious to please God only for the improvement of both individual and social life leaves no choice but adjusting our innate characters through Devine rules. Otherwise a perpetual competitive struggle among fellow-creatures for their own individual interests will bring nothing but a great misery for those living in such a society.
You know that God for a special purpose has created man differently from other creatures for He was a concealed treasure but He willed to be known, thus He created all creatures to be known through human beings only.
کنت کنزامخفیّا فاحببت لکی اعرف، فخلقت الخلق لآن اعرف.
All creatures, except human and jinn, are created predestined with no choice whatsoever. Human beings, on the other hand, are created with some limited authority but they introduced three different speculative religious dogmatisms in this regard.
1-Ashaera, believing an absolute conscience for God, thinks human has no free will to do anything. In fact, they have lowered human to the rank of other creatures which is not a right idea, because with his intelligence much higher than any other creature should not be created for being a predestined creature, if not, his creation was superfluous while God does never do any unnecessary thing.
2-Mutazela believes that God has retired of doing anything after creation, so man is a jack-of-all-trades. This speculative idea is not true either for man at no time was ever perfect.
3-The third group believes that while man has some limited authority, he is neither absolutely authorized nor totally compulsive. The Almighty God granted him some intelligence by which he can think about his own creation as well other creatures to recognize God.
Truly there are sings for those possessing intelligence in the creation of the heavens and earth and their coming and going. Those remembering God while standing, sitting and lying on their sides reflecting the creation of the heavens and earth, they would say, ‘O Lord! You have not created all these in vain. 3: 191, 192
انّ فی خلق السموات والارض واختلاف الیل والنهارلآیات لاولی الالباب، الذین یذکرون الله قیاماوقعوداوعلی جنوبهم ویتفکرّون فی خلق السموات والارض ربناّماخلقت هذاباطلا.
Surely man is created very impatient (very uneasy) on any condition. Very restless, when adversity would touch him; and very stingy (frugal), when blessing would touch him. 70: 19-21
ان الانسان خلق هلوعا، اذامسه الشرجزوعا، واذامسه الخیرمنوعا
Surely We dispatched Our messengers with clear evidences and We sent down the Book and the scale with them in order that people uphold fairness.” 57: 25
لقدارسلنارسلنابالبیّنات وانزلنا معهم الکتاب والمیزان لیقوم الناس بالقسط.
During fetal life, a perfect physical growth for a fetus is needed to complete its natural term without having big problems for coming and living in this world. The same prerequisite is quite true that a perfect spiritual growth is necessary for any human to enjoy his individual and social life in this world without headache and be eligible for having a wonderful life in the hereafter. But we witness that people take four different positions against each other in this world. Worst of all is dealing others with injustice, while conducting justice is much better, better than that is to be fair with others when observing their true rights. God, the Most Compassionate has ever been beneficent to His creatures. And real beneficence means giving others the best thing with the best way to get the best benefit of such gift. Not to mention, it is obvious that such a behavior needs a lot of information, compassion, indulgence, tolerance and lenient treatment.
“Seek the future abode, through what Allah has given to you, without neglecting you share in this world you should be beneficent as Allah was beneficent to you too and do not seek any corruption on earth; surely Allah does not love corruptors.” 28: 83
وابتغ فیماآتاک الله الدارآخره ولاتنس نصیبک من الدنیاواحسن کمااحسن الله علیک ولاتبغ الفسادفی الارض والله لایحب المفسدین.
صنع الله الذی اتقن کل شیئ. انهّ خبیربماتفعلون.
“This is the manufacture of Allah who has perfected everything, because He is truly well-acquainted for what you have to do ” 27: 77
