The Foremost, the nearest ones
Who could be the creator of man?
For several reasons, after close and various examinations about human body, one cannot deny that none but a Supreme Being must be involved in the Creation of the whole world.
“Surely there are natural signs (forming signs) in the creation of the heavens and earth, and the alternation of the night and day for those who possess intelligence. Those who remember God while standing, sitting, and reclining on their sides; thinking at any rate about the creation of the heavens and earth, helplessly they should say, ‘Our Lord! You have created nothing in vain, and You are far above what ascribe You. ” 3: 190, 191
انّ فی خلق السموات والارض واختلاف الیل والنهارلآیات لاولی الالباب. الذین یذکرون الله قیاماو قعوداوعلی جنوبهم ویتفکرون فی خلق السموات والارض ربناماخلقت هذاباطلا سبحانک.
1- No man can be his own creator because he is not intellectually perfect while he is strongly selfish to be perfect. His natural selfishness usually persuades him to be perfect, whereas his perfection would definitely risk his life. Therefore, these two man’s natural make-up, selfishness and imperfection, which are contradictory each other firmly prove that man must not be his own creator.
Why man is not intellectually perfect?
God has made man structurally in best possible assessment, though his intellect or mind is not perfect. This is because none of his sense is perfect, so his mental process resulting from his senses cannot be perfect. You may agree that perfect senses are naturally inconsistent with life continuation. Having a perfect vision, for instance; man would see his foods and drinks are not sterile (free from microorganisms). Does anyone dare eating and drinking anything polluted with germs or bacteria, while nothing to eat and drink will cause him to die in 13 days? The same is true for other senses. In other words, trough eating, drinking, sleeping, and taking rest we are able to continue our life, and such imperfection makes life continuation possible. As a result, when one realized that his imperfection is because of the Wisdom and Compassion of the Almighty to let him live long; he would be sure that God will compensate his defect by any means He would deem necessary. One of the thoughtful regards of God (considerations), for instance, to protect man against pathogenic germs, which incidentally penetrate into his body, is the presence of a strong acid in the stomach, within which foods stay loner than any other parts of digestive system, to kill those germs. Despite this, the Almighty has also taken care of him in advance to prepare a powerful defense system in his body, known as “immune system” to kill the rest of pathogenic germs which were not killed before by stomach acid. Certainly this kind of anticipation is not the only one to bring into attention. If one sees-through how the Almighty protects living beings on earth from the deadly effect of the sun-beams, he will then realize how considerate God has ever been to His creatures. Although these kinds of anticipations are nothing but God’s blessings and man has never been able to count them at all; he usually was very ungrateful to his Creator.
“And if you wish to count God’s blessings you can never calculate them; most surely man is very unjust and very ungrateful.”
وان تعدّوا نعمت الله لاتحصوها، انّ الانسان لظلوم کفاّر.
“Most surely We created man in better functional and physical assessment.” 95: 4
لقدخلقنا الانسان فی احسن تقویم .
Therefore it should say, if God closes a door before him by His Wisdom, most surely He will open another gate to him through His Mercy, Compassion and Consideration.
2- The nature, for reasons cannot be the creator of man, simply because man has some intelligence while nature has no intelligence at all. Nature has no intelligence, because God, the Most High has made it and He manages its flow of rhythms accurately every moment, so nature does need no intelligence. Is it possible at all for a lifeless being to give birth to a living being? But when realizing the body functions are absolutely controlled by the flow rhythms of the dark-light cycle of nature through man’s eyes, he should earnestly appreciate God for managing his body so nicely. God, the Most High has made the honey bees’ eyes recognizer with the ultraviolet ray to suck only those flowers which reflect this ray for making honey free from phyto-toxins. Likewise He has made human’s eyes sensitive to the light-dark cycle of nature to work just like a photo-electric cell to regulate his body’s internal functions. But it does not necessarily mean that nature is an independent mastermind of human body. Moreover this kind of indirect regulatory phase is not exclusively for human body to be controlled by nature for having a phase of rest- activity every 24 hours. Green plants have the same phase of rest-activity in which during day they resume their photosynthesis by their chlorophyll to make nutritious food for own growth, and take rest during night in order that the prepared food be delivered from roots to fruits. According to the word of the Almighty the presence of working order in animals, plants and human is one of the performances of an Intelligent Super Being.
“Say, ‘Did they realize if God had made the night perpetual to you until the Day of Resurrection, which god other than God could provide you with the light? Do you not then hear? Say, ‘Did they realize if God had made the day perpetual to you until the Day of Resurrection, which god other than God could provide you with the night in which you take rest? Do you not then realize? And it is of His Mercy that He made the night and day to take rest at night and seek His Grace during the day, and that you may give thanks.” 28: 71-73
قل ارایتم ان جعل الله علیکم الیل سرمداالی یوم القیامه، من اله غیرالله یاتیکم بضیاء افلاتسمعون؟ قل ارایتم ان جعل الله علیکم النهارسرمداًالی یوم القیامه من اله غیر الله یاتیکم بلیل تسکنون فیه، افلا تیصرون؟ ومن رحمته جعل لکم الیل والنهارلتسکنوافیه ولتبتغوامن فضله ولعلّکم تشکرون.
With all his knowledge, man could not make a computer before 1970. And his first invention was not as developed as the ones are present today. And again the future ones will be technically more advanced than the ones are available today. All these facts prove that when man was not enough intelligent, he could not make a system to solve problems intelligently. The same is true that nature without intelligence cannot be the creator of man who can display some intelligence.
3-The creation of man cannot be at random either because some schemes behind his creation would decline this theory. Assuming random creation is in order and its first feature is a male, is it possible to expect that the second yield of random creation be exactly the same at all? Statistics have shown that this phenomenon does never yield the same feature every time it occurs under identical conditions. If, seldom the second feature were exactly the same like Adam, this random creation will soon be extinct by the death of Adam. But we know through the Book of Genesis and the Qur'an that Adam (AS) and Eve were the first and second features of creation. While we know Adam and Eve (AS) were made exactly under the same identical conditions of every respect but with different sex orientation and morality to be able to reproduce, raise and spread their generation on earth.
“And one of His natural signs is that He created you from dust, when you become human, then you spread on earth.” 30: 20
ومن آیاته ان خلقکم من تراب ثمّ اذا انتم بشرتنتشرون.
“O people! Venerate your Lord who created you from one single soul and created from it its pair, and spread from them a large number of men and women.” 4: 1
یا ایها الناسّ اتقوا ربکّم الذی خلقکم من نفس واحده وخلق منها زوجها وبثّ منهما رجالاکثیراًونساءً.
It should remember that not only God has created human in pairs, He has made all other things in pairs, even what people do not know such a all micro-organisms..
“The one, above what is described, has created everything in pairs from what the earth grows, their own selves, and even of what they do not know.” 36: 36
سبحان الذی خلق الازواج کلهاّ ممّا تنبت الارض ومن انفسهم وممّا لایعلمون.
4- Most people, showing lack of knowledge, believe that energy whether in form of kinesis (motion of mass), or in form of charge (potential energy), or in form of light (radiant energy) or presence of photon is the creator of universe. The energy in any form is neither self-regulating nor intelligent nor self-existing no nothing but mere energy. Therefore it cannot be the creator of universe rather it must be produced, controlled, and directed (adjusted) by one Omniscient, Omnipotent who wonderfully harmonizes all flow-of-rhythms of nature. And our past experience has shown that the cadence of nature has never changed nor any defect and flaw was found in nature. Recent studies have shown that photon, which is the unit of electromagnetic energy (light), generating discrete particles of light, has no mass, no electric charge, but has indefinite long lifetime with an astronomical speed. Therefore photons, with such characters, can never be in place of God, because there are many different kinds of lights whether natural or synthetic. While they have various strengths, they affect (illuminate) their own nearby and their range of action is not unlimited. If the sun lights-up this side of the earth, the other side of it is dark. If the earth in summer time is hot, in winter time is cold. If northern hemisphere is cold, the southern hemisphere is hot. If a candle light illuminates a few feet away, the sun-light gives light to one side of the earth. As comparing candle-light with sun-light is funny, comparing light energy with God’s light is ridiculous.
God, the Almighty has introduced Himself like this.
“God is the light (guiding light) of the heavens and the earth.” 24: 35
الله نورالسموات والارض.
“And God is with you wherever you will be.” 57: 4
وهومعکم این ما کنتم.
If God is the light of the heavens and earth, such light is not energy but the light of guidance to manage the whole world. Therefore light-and-dark cycle, cold-and-hot alternation, drought-and-rainforest, and etc are all parts of God’s planning for man to live on earth in comfort.
“1-Truly in the creation of the heavens and earth, 2- the alteration of night with day, 3- roaming ships on ocean for people to get benefit, 4- God’s sending water down from the sky to revive with which the earth after its death, 5- the spread of all kinds of living beings on earth, and 6-the distribution of winds to control clouds between the sky and earth are all natural signs for thinking people.” 2: 164
انّ فی خلق السموات والارض، واختلاف الیل والنهار، والفلک التی تجری فی البحربماینفع الناس، وماانزل الله من السماء من ماء فاحیابه الارض بعدموتها، وبثّ فیهامن کلّ دابّه، تصریف الریاح والسحاب المسّخربین السماء والارض لآیات لقوم یعقلون.
“Have you not realized that God knows whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth? No three persons talk secretly unless He is as their forth with them, no five unless He is their sixth, and nor less than that nor more unless He is with them wherever they may be to inform them on the Day of Resurrection about whatever they had done.” 58: 7
الم ترا انّ الله یعلم مافی السموات ومافی الارض، مایکون من نجوی ثلاثه الاّهورابعهم ولاخمسه الاّ هوسادسهم ولاادنی ولااکثرالاّ هومعهم این ماکانوا. ثمّ ینّبئهم بماعملوایوم القیامه.
Does photon or energy have capacity to be everywhere? Does it have ear to hear? Is it intelligent to understand whatever people talk each other secretly? Since the answer to all those questions and many others is negative, there is no way for energy to be a creator.
5-Have you ever considered your body systematically to see how harmoniously its organs are related to one another? Chain reactions to solve a problem, when an external or internal disorder arises, will prove that a Supreme Being is involved in our creation, because it seems that every step of body process is exactly calculated beforehand. But it should emphasize that the creator of the universe not only created various organs from one fertilized egg, but He made them in a way supporting one another at any moment and any condition that may happen. For instance, when the heart works fast to bring more oxygen to burn glucose for immediate energy; other organs comply with it to make this goal possible as well. Therefore the lungs work fast too to make enough oxygen available, and the liver changes enough glucose from glycogen to put into the blood stream to meet this goal. Likewise, the elevation of body fever, due to infectious diseases, releases a pyrogenic material to embark more leucocytes into the blood in order to engulf, digest and destroy more and more those pathogenic agents causing disease.
“Surely these people love this fleeting life while leaving behind them a very hard day, whereas We created them structurally strong (connecting their organs to each other by a strong connective tissue), and whenever We wish, We will replace them with the like of them” 76: 27, 28
انّ هولاء یحبوّن عاجله ویذرون ورائهم یوماثقیلا.نحن خلقناهم وشددنا اسرهم ، واذاشئنا یدلّنا امثالهم تبدیلا.
“People only care about the external (visible) aspect of this world, while they are totally negligent to the hereafter.” 30: 7
یعلمون ظاهرامن الحیوه الدنیا وهم عن الآخره هم غافلون.
“Rather you love the fleeting life while usually leave behind the hereafter.” 75: 20, 21
کلاّ بل تحبّون العاجله وتذرون الآخره.
These verses would imply that people, as social fabrics of any society, should be related to one another like a solid piece of structures. Not only is our body physically connected to each other by a firm connective tissue but it is functionally related to one another by the rules of God. Therefore people should take lesson from their body how to support each other morally in this life by obeying the rules of God, if they wish to get full benefit of their social and individual life. And there is no way for people to reach this goal unless they stick to the Devine laws, because God is the light of the heavens and earth and His word is nothing but the light of guidance for those who can seriously receive this light and practically apply it in their daily life. But unfortunately overwhelming people are so selfish to take care of their own interest only and disregard the needy. Even if we look how our body works over a long time with no headache, we would realize how its organs help each other by following natural rules designed by Divinity. Why then should we not earnestly operate these rules in our daily life with others, and to see its wonderful results?
Do we know why has God granted two hands to us? Did He grant them two hands to make destructive arms with one hand and use them with the other one to kill others, exactly like the situation which is currently widespread in Muslims countries like Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan and many other places where so-called Muslims kill each other? Do you not think that the essential purpose for having two hands is to ask others for help and offer help them with the other hand? We as humans may have four different situations related to each other, of which only one is the best and one is the worst, while the other two are just so-so (faire). One the valuable Islamic instructions is looking after other Muslims and those who do not care of others is not a real Muslim.
“Doing goodness does not equal doing evil. Push the evil back with the nicest possible way, thus he who used to be your enemy, may be as though your best friend.” 41: 34
لاتستوی الحسنه ولاالسیئه، ادفع بالتی هی احسن، فاذالذی بینک وبینه عداوه کانهّ ولیّ حمیم.
Human body will soon die after being afflicted with cancer because cancer cells (rebellious cell) refuse their normal functions to discipline themselves and support other cells. By rejecting God’s rules, not only cancer cells cause their own premature death, but bring about an early death of the whole body as well. No society would be out of this important rule when their self-indulged (dipped in pleasures) people become the deviant (from what is considered normal) like cancer cells, all of them are doomed to destroy totally.
“When We want to destroy a town (the people of it), We send Our command but the self-indulged people deviate from the right path, then the word (torture) becomes incumbent on them, thus We destroy it (people) what a destruction.”
واذااردنا ان نهلک قریه امرنامترفیها ففسقوافیهافحق علیهاالقول فدمرّناهاتدمیرا.
The real value of the Holy Qur'an
To direct the attention of their customers, factories routinely attach a pamphlet for their sophisticated products to give enough information and required recommendation how they should consider about their products. In such pamphlets, there is a limited pledge that if a given product does not work properly, they will replace it provided customers have not abused their product.
It is just the same for the Qur'an which the Almighty made it in a form of comprehensive instructions for His servants to read it thoroughly, understand it deeply and apply its instructions seriously in their daily life to get the best result for their social and individual life. If sick persons consult physicians to get information for their sickness, have pharmacists filled their prescription, but they do not take prescribed medicines not only they do not get well but their sickness get worse that may die. That is why the Almighty has revealed these:
“Surely this Qur'an guides in straighter way, and brings good news to believers who do good deeds that they will have great reward.” 17: 9
انّ هذاالقرآن یهدی للتی هی اقوم ویبشّرالمومنین الذین یعملون الصالحات انّ لهم اجراًکبیرا.
“And what We have send down from the Qur’an is a cure (physical and spiritual) and mercy to the believers while it increases nothing but a total loss to the unjust.” 17: 82
وننزّل من القرآن ماهو شفاء ورحمه للمومنین ولایزید الظالمین الاّ خسارا.
Factories usually give out manuals as reference books with their sophisticated goods to guide their customers how to deal with the things they have bought properly and help them how to keep the high performance of their merchandises. This is because factories routinely guarantee their productions only when customers use them properly, otherwise they never pledge to replace or refund them if customers have neglected or abused them.
Is there any man-made device more sophisticated than human body in the world? Man-made robot is devised to do some simple mechanical works without engaging any spiritual process, whereas human body is designed for both mechanical and spiritual jobs. And the Holy Qur'an as a reference book teaches us how to deal with our body and mind. In fact, the Holy Qur'an, among other Devine books, is a book of criteria to supervise and judge the previous scriptures and provide us with everything we need in our life whether it is physical or spiritual.
God is the light (guiding light) of the heavens and earth, so His word (the Holy Qur'an) as an inexhaustible (never depletes) truth for those who earnestly solicit (seek) for nothing but truths is the most reliable source. Through His Wisdom and Providence, God made man mentally imperfect, thus He exactly knows what he needs for his improvement. Therefore God made the seal of His scriptures (the Holy Qur'an) as a directive book on the basis of His unlimited Knowledge to show him how to treat himself physically and spiritually, how to deal with others decently and how to conduct God properly
Therefore the Qur'an has been prepared on the basis of these fundamental principles:
1) Extensive knowledge,
2) Mere truth,
3) Talking about the true nature of things,
4) Making intellectual reasons,
5) Advocating moderation not to go extreme on both sides,
6) And giving comprehensive information for every necessary scope.
That is why the Qur'an has ever stipulated believers to follow knowledge, but the useful one which gives good public service, not the ones with which massacre a nation indiscriminately, and make the possessors of knowledge away from God.
“Do not pursue in what you have no knowledge (cognition). Surely your ears, eyes and mind are all in charge (liable) of this knowledge.”
ولاتقف مالیس لک به علم انّ السمع والبصروالفوآدکل اولئک کان عنه مسئولا.
“God usually raises those who believed among you a degree, and those who are granted with knowledge some degrees.” 58: 11
یرفع الله الذین آمنوامنکم والذین اوتوالعلم درجات.
Comparing regular believers with the believers granted with knowledge, God the Most High has pointed out the superiority of knowledgeable believers over regular believers. Therefore knowledgeable believers are entitled with some degrees, while regular believers are furnished with one degree.
“And indeed We granted knowledge to David and Solomon, and both said, ‘All praise is due to God who preferred us over numerous of His believing servants.” 27: 15
ولقدآتیناداودوسلیمان علماً، وقالاالحمدلله الذی فضلّنا علی کثیرمن عباده المومنین.
“And those who avoid serving all idols other than God, and keep returning to God in repentance deserve happiness, thus give good news to My servants those who hear carefully, then follow the best. These are the ones whom God has guided and these are the ones of intelligence.” 39: 18, 19
والذین یجتنبون الطاغوت ان یعبدوها وانابواالی الله لهم البشری، فبشّرعبادالذین یستمعون القول فیتبعون احسنه، اولئک الذین هدبهم الله واولئک هم اولواالالباب.
In this verse all important factors for a real success have been pointed out:
1-Serving God only by rejecting any idol like his own whims, satanic temptations and anyone else like himself.
2- Having tolerance to hear others’ ideas, and weigh their words, and choose honestly the most logical one through reasoning.
3-Having enough knowledge to be able to choose the most rational and acceptable idea.
4-Having enough courage to express others ideas even if they are against his own plan.
5- The last but the most important factor, asking God earnestly to guide him for choosing the most appropriate way, and keep him on this path.
Man, according to Divine revelation, is naturally (innately) ungrateful to God, unjust to himself and oppressive to others unless he is instructed continuously with the Devine doctrine; otherwise all forces other than God (tagut) will keep him remaining in his natural (inborn) state.
“And He has given you everything you had asked Him, and if you count God’s blessings you will never count them. Indeed, man is surely very unjust, very ungrateful.”
وآتاکم من کلّ ماسئلتموه وان تعّدوانعمت الله لاتحصوها، انّ الانسان لظلوم کفّار.
“In fact, We offered the trust to the heavens, the earth and the mountains, but they refused to bear it and were afraid of it; but man who was truly very unjust and very ignorant undertook it.” 33: 72
انّاعرضناالامانه علی السموات والارض والجبال فابین ان یحملنهاواشفقن منهاوحملهاالانسان ، انّه کان ظلوماً جهولا.
As conscious gardeners look for the best seeds to get good crops and they never abandon
Them, rather they consider every necessary step to get the best result, God has made every effort for His servants to become real humans not only for themselves but for their fellow-creature as well. Therefore not only God makes every single children of Adam structurally godly at his seed stage, but He sent His messengers continuously to lead them spiritually on the right path of justice and humanity. On top of that, He routinely postpones His punishment that sinner have time to return to Him in repentance and have no excuse against God by saying, ‘O Lord! You did not give us opportunity to repent.
“Messengers were delivering good news and warners that people have no excuse against God after coming of messengers.” 4: 165
رسلاًمبشرّین ومنذرین لئلا یکون للناس حجه علی الله بعدالرسل.
“And when your Lord took the descendents (seeds) from the back of Adam’s children and made them bear witness against themselves, saying: Am I not your Lord? Yes, we bear witness, they replied. Lest they should say, on the Day of Resurrection, we were unaware of this.” 7: 172
واذاخذربک من بنی آدم من ظهورهم ذریتهم واشهدهم علی انفسهم الست بربکم؟ قالوابلی شهدناان تقولوایوم القیامه اناّ کناّعن هذاغافلین.
And the following revelations came down with messenger are samples of His warnings.
“Thus believe in God and His messenger and the light which We have sent down, for God is fully cognizant of whatever you do.” 64: 8
فآمنوابالله ورسوله والنورالذی انزلنا والله بماتعملون خبیر.
“Most surely O Mohammad, You receive this Qur’an from the All-Wise, all-Knowing.” 27: 6
وانّک لتلقی القرآن من لدن حکیم علیم.
“God has sent down the best Hadith (up-to-date information) in form of a book which its portions are similar and connected to each other. Those who fear their Lord, their skin will shivers from reciting the Qur'an; but those who remember God’s Mercy, their skin and heart get soft. This is God’s guidance with which guides whomever He wills and no one can guide whom God has sent to stray.” 39: 23
الله نزّل احسن الحدیث کتاباًمتشابها مثانی، تقشعّرمنه جلودالذین یخشون ربهم ثم تلین جلودهم وقلوبهم الی ذکرالله. ذلک هدی الله یهدی به من یشاء ومن یضلل الله فماله من هاد.
“We sent down this Book to you providing explanation to everything, guidance, Mercy, and good news for those who absolutely submit themselves to God.” 16: 89
ونزلّناعلیک التاب تبیایالکلّ شیئ وهدی ورحمه وبشری للمسلمین.
“Truly those who rejected the Zikr (Reminder, the Quran) when it came to them should know that is surely a precious and mighty Book, which no falsehood in the past or in its presence could come into it, for it is a revelation from the All-Wise, the Most Praiseworthy.” 41: 42
انّ الذین کفروابالذکرّ لماجائهم، وانّه لکتاب عزیزلایاتیه الباطل من بین یدیه ولامن خلفه، تنزیل من حکیم حمید.
“Say, ‘no one in the heaven and earth knows the secret but God.” 27: 65
قل لایعلم من فی السموات والارض الغیب الاالله.
“Say, ‘the One who knows the secret of the heavens and earth has sent the Qur'an.” 25: 6
قل انزله الذی یعلم السّرفی السموات والارض.
“We sent the Qur'an with truths (because it is from God and there is no useless but all useful in it; and with truth it has come down (because every single word of it has accurately chosen to be stable and without mistake forever.” Therefore the Qur'an is sent down for all humans at any time, place and condition. 17: 105
وبالحق انزلناه وبالحق نزل.
“By the Lord of the heavens and earth, most surely this Qur'an is the truth just as you speak. You do not doubt about your talking, do you? So you should not be skeptical about the Qur'an.” 51: 23
فوربّ السماء والارض انهّ لحق مثل ماانّکم تنطقون.
Another characteristic and privilege of the Holy Qur'an is spreading out various aspects of one topic in multiple places with a variety of given directions that readers can commit them to memory clearly, and understand their true meaning in regard to different occasions. For instance, there are as many as seven terms for creating things, such as Khaleq, Faater, Jaael, Baareh, Badi, Mossaver and Monsheh. Putting all of them in one basket, their nuance (slight variation in meaning) could be not understood, and reader will be confused. This is because the Qur'an is revealed to remove every ambiguity present in the previous Devine Books just by giving clear instructions.
!-Distinct data about the Godhood of God, within summarized information, is revealed in a small but very true informative chapter known as “the unity of God”. God has no part, so He never did beget nor was begotten to have a son. He needs nothing and has no partner because when there was no living being, He created the universe with no help. There is no equal to Him, otherwise the wonderful harmony of this universe would corrupt. He has no human character because all things need Him while He is in no deed of any. And because He has no body, He is the first and the last, and He was before anyone and will be there after anyone, and He is absolutely eternal” chapter, 112
قل هوالله احد، الله الصمد، لم یلد ولم بولدولم یکن له کفواًحد.
2-Proper information about His Beautiful Names, yet better His perfect attributes in order that servants can call upon Him whenever they need to call upon Him for help.
“To God belongs the Most Beautiful Names, thus call upon them therewith, and leave alone those who seriously digress from His names.” 7: 180
ولله الاسماء الحسنی فادعوه بها وذرواالذین یلحدون فی اسمائه.
“Say: call upon “Allah” or call upon “Rahmaan” whatever you call upon, to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names.” 17: 110
قل ادعواالله اوادعواالرحمن، ایاًّ ماتدعوا فله الاسماء الحسنی.
“He is God, the Creator, describing the kind of creation who is Baareh (creating with distinguishing character), and Mossaver (creating with discerning characters for criminal cases such as finger print and DNA). To Him belong the most beautiful names. And whatever is in the heavens and earth continuously glorifies Him, and He is the Almighty, All-Wise.” 59: 24
هوالله الخالق الباری المصوّر، له الاسماء الحسنی، یسبحّ له مافی السموات والارض وهوالعزیز الحکیم.
As a face and profile pictures of prisoners are the most identifying means to recognize them exactly, God is Mossaver (to picture) people to make them exactly identify them by finger print and DNA molecule.
3- To promise him that if man has some original defects, his defect will be eliminated through His Perfection, if simply he follows and applies Devine instructions practically.
“God is the Creator of everything, while He has legal Attorney over everything.” 39: 62
الله خالق کلّ شیئ وهوعلی کلّ شیئ وکیل.
In fact, the term “khaleq” is nothing to do with creation but giving some information about the consequence of creation. And this verse states that while God is the creator of everything, He is the legal attorney of everything, thus in Him believers should trust.
“There is no god but He (God), and let (should) believers trust in God.” 64: 13
الله لا اله الاّ هو، وعلی الله فلیتوکلّ المومنون.
4- I am the Creator of the universe and the Possessor of the Day of Judgment, and I have the right of disposal over (to settle the affairs of) everything including you.
“Say, ‘Who is the Lord of the heavens and earth? Say, “God”. Say,’ why do you then set up, beside Him, guardians who have no power to get benefit for, or repel harm from their own self? Say, ‘are the blind (disbelievers) and the insightful (believers) alike? Is darkness (disbelievers) equal to light (believers)? Or did they have found with God associate who can create some creation similar to His creations to the point that are identical to them? Say, ‘God is the Creator of everything, while He is the One, the Almighty.”
قل من رب السموات والارض؟ قل الله. قل افاتخذتم من دونه اولیاء لایملکون لانفسهم نفعاولاضرا؟ قل هل یستوی الاعمی والبصیرام تستوی الظلمات والنورام جعلواشرکاء خلقواکخلقه فتشابه الخلق علیهم؟ قل الله خالق کلّ شیئ وهوالواحدالقهاّر.
5- To reassure that God never wrongs His creatures (treats them unjustly), but they treated themselves unjustly. 3: 117
وماظلمهم الله ولکن انفسهم یظلمون.
6- O man! Whatever good thing will happen to you is just from God but whatever misfortune will happen to you is from yourself.” 4: 79
مااصابک من حسنه فمن الله، ومااصابک من سیئّه فمن نفسک.
7-To convince people that whatever God has revealed about the creation of the heavens and earth is nothing but a whole truth, He has referred them to His elaborate job done with great detail in their own body, because the body of human is the easiest and the most obtainable thing for their research to find out true facts. In other words, it is the custom of the Quran to make clear hidden truths through visible facts and confirm them through things which are easily obtainable.
“And there are natural (structural) sings on earth and within yourselves for those who are certain in faith, do you not seen then?” 51: 20, 21
وفی الارض آیات للموقنین، وفی انفسکم افلا تبصرون؟
“Certainly the creation of the heavens and earth is greater than the creation of people but overwhelming people do not know.” 40: 57
لخلق السموات والارض اکبرمن خلق الناس ولکنّ اکثرالناس لایعلمون.
8-The wholehearted message of the Qur'an which never fails:
“O men! An exhortation (strong moral advice) has already come to you from your Lord, as well as a cure for what is in the hearts and guidance and mercy for believers.”
یاایهاالناس قدجائکم موعظه من ربکم وشفاء لمافی الصدوروهدی ورحمه للمومنین.
The Qur'an is named differently like the Book, Zikr (Reminder), Forgan (distinction), and the best Hadith (up-to-date information) to display its real effects.
According to the above verses, the share of true believers from the Qur'an is cure, guide and mercy while the share of the unjust is nothing but a total loss? Raw human (inexperienced one) is ignorant, unjust, selfish and self-conceit, before being rightly guided by Devine instructions. On the contrary all these defects can be cured perfectly only by an experienced (well matured) specialist in this respect. But the one, who created man from nothing and knew all the defects of his rawness made a comprehensive book to cure his rawness. So He sent a well-informed messenger, through previous teaching by Arch-Angel Gabriel in order to enable him for teaching and guiding man to the right path of life. Therefore those who refuse to be guided would remain in their innate rawness, so who would be more unjust than him who has denied improvement on the right way?
“Thus who is more unjust than him who tells God a lie and accuses the truth of lying when truths come to him? Is the Hell a just place for disbelievers?” 39: 32
فمن اظلم ممن کذب علی الله وکذّب بالصدق اذجائه، الیس فی جهنّم مثوی للکافرین؟
And when some one is unjust to himself, how come he would not be unjust to others? Therefore the right place for such a person is in Fire.
“The Most Blessing is the one who has sent down Forgan (distinction) upon His servant (Mohammad) to be as a warner to the whole world.” 25: 1
تبارک الذی نزّل الفرقان علی عبده لیکون للعالمین نذیرا.
“The gradual descent of the book is from God, the Almighty, All-Wise.” 39: 1
تنزیل الکتاب من الله العزیزالحکیم.
“Indeed We sent Our messengers supported by clear signs and We sent down with them a scripture (legislative sign) and scale (laws) that people continuously stand against one another with bilateral and perfect fairness.” 57: 25
ولقد ارسلنا رسلنا بالبیناّت وانزلنا معهم الکتاب لیقوم الناس بالقسط.
While most people expect and even appreciate others for practicing fairness and justice in their social life, they themselves are reluctant to exercise it. Although most people wish to have the freedom of every respect, they themselves do not agree the same privilege for others. Overwhelming people do not earnestly practice religion because they see true religions uphold social justice and equal right of freedom for everyone, and it is hard to keep up with the performance of its duties.
“If it was supposed a Qur'an to which the mountains were moved, or the earth was cut into pieces with which or the dead were spoken with which, it would be the very same Qur'an, whoever they would have not believed in it, yet all affairs are under God’s control.
ولوانّ قرآناًسیّرت به الجبال اوقطّعتبه الارض اوکلّم به الموتی، بل لله الامرجمیعا.
“It is not right to think that this Qur'an is fabricated by anyone other than God, for it confirms all previous scriptures, and provides a detailed scripture so there is no doubt about it, because it is from the Lord of the universe.”
ماکان هذاالقرآن ان یفتری من دون الله ولکن تصدیق الذی بین یدیه وتفصیل الکتاب، لاریب فیه من رب العالمین.
“If We had sent down this Qur'an on a mountain you would certainly have seen it humble and broken out of awe and reverence for God, and We set forth these examples for people that may reflect.” 59: 21
لوانزلناهذاالقرآن علی جبل لرایته خاشعامتصدعامن خشیه الله وتلک الامثال نضربهاللناس لعلکم یتفکروّن.
9-The last but not the least, the Qur'an has been sent to pull out people from the darkness of ignorance to the light of guidance.
“He is the one who sends down to His servant clear revelations in order to pull-you-out from darkness of ignorance into the light of guidance; surely God is the Most Kind and the Most Merciful to you.” 57: 9
هوالذی ینزّل علی عبده آیات بیّنات لیخرجکم من الظلمات الی النوروانّ الله بکم لروف رحیم.
“When the Qur'an is recited listen very carefully (like eavesdroppers to listen secretly to a private conversation) and give ear to it with silence that Mercy may be upon you.” 7” 204
واذاقری القرآن فاستمعوا وانصتوالعلّکم ترحمون.
“Surely We ourselves have sent down Zikr (reminder) and most surely We are its lasting Protector.” 15: 9
اناّنحن نزلّناالذکروانّا له لحافظون.
Paying special attention to this verse and the like would reveal that God, the Most High has inserted as many as 7 emphatic pronouns, stress letter “la” and hints in a small sentence to prove emphatically that the Qur'an is from God and none else.
Special characters of what God creates
The various (diversity) forms of life created out of nothing, in one species which are highly related to one another, is called “creationism”, and is one of the distinctive treats of God’s creativity. Founding several cells physically and functionally different, coming from one fertilized egg, where nourished with the same blood, and grown under one identical situation proves that a Supernatural Being is involved, and devised them ahead of time. And evolution as well as natural selection has no role (intervention) at all in this transformation or phenomenon.
To claim this idea, suffice it to compare the length of the digestive system in three sorts of living beings such as herbivores (grass eating animals like horses), carnivores (meat eating animals like dogs), and omnivores (meat and vegetable eating like human) to prove this idea. The too short digestive truck in carnivores (6 feet long intestine), and the too long intestine in herbivores (75 feet), and changing their eating habit absolutely prove that neither evolution nor natural selection is entangled in the creation but an Omniscient and Omnipotent Supernatural Being must be involved in designing such a peculiar position. This is because when the eating styles of herbivores and carnivores are changed reversely, and horses (originally grass eaters) become meat eater, and dogs (meat eaters) become grass eaters; the result will be catastrophic for horses, while it would not be so disastrous for dogs. In other words, if horses will die shortly after being carnivore; dogs remain too weak. This study proves that every type of organism is created individually according to its nature designed by the will of God, and all new organisms are essentially the descendant of their ancestors with no anatomic or physiologic change in their systems. Animals and plants may get some small changes according to the echo-system they live such as the color skin, the stature (height) of plants, the time of fruit yielding or giving to birth, and etc, but their essential systems will never change. Therefore ptomaine and leukomaine, toxic materials, formed by the action of intestinal bacteria over proteins should get out fast from digestive system until animal does not get intoxicated and died. That is why the digestive system of carnivores is too short to quickly get rid of toxins, but that of herbivore should be very long to have time to absorb all nutrients from slow releasing vegetables. Making reverse their eating habit will disturb their functional system, thus horses die soon for absorbing large amount of toxic materials, while dogs have no energy for absorbing less nutrients.
“This is the Knower of the unseen and the seen, the Almighty, Merciful excellently created everything, and began the creation of man from dirt.” 32: 6, 7
ذلک عالم الغیب والشهاده العزیز الرحیم، الذی احسن کلّ شیئ خلقه وبدا خلق الانسان من طین.
The term of creating in this and other verses displays the way of creation. In this special case, God implies that He excellently creates everything, and man is created by dirt.
Having appropriate cloth and exact client’s size, tailors make (create) a suitable dress for customers. But it is not the case with God to create things. Without having size, model and material, He creates everything to the best possible form.
“The Blessing is God, the finest of all creators.”
فتبارک الله احسن الخالقین.
“Though for sure We created man in better physical and spiritual assessment, We then rendered him to the lowest of the low as man himself would like to be.” 95: 5, 6
لقدخلقناالانسان فی احسن تقویم، ثم رددناه فی اسفل سافلین.
Careful study all the way through the Holy Qur'an, no wonder why God has revealed as many as seven terms and expressions for creation. This is because each of which make known one aspect (angle) of crating process.
I-The Creator means to give general information about or the result of creation without mentioning any detail or specific purpose behind the creation.
“And most surely We created man from the intrinsic (main) part of mud (soft, wet and sticky dirt).
ولقدخلقنا الانسان من سلاله من طین.
II- Bari, Al-Bari, means to create with distinguishing trade-mark from each other. Though God created humans from dirt, He identified their visible feature differently to be easily recognized form one another.
“He is God, the Creator who is Bari (Indentifier) to identify each other, and Mossaver (to exactly distinguish every single man from each other by specific determinants such as “finger print” and DNA molecule). To Him belong the most beautiful names. Whatever is in the heavens and earth continuously glorifies Him, and He is the Almighty, the All-Wise.” 59: 24
هوالله الخالق الباری المصوّر، له الاسماء الحسنی، یسبحّ له مافی السموات والارض وهوالعزیز الحکیم.
God has combined three different terms of creation in one revelation on purpose to inform us about His absolute dexterity as well as His Compassion and Mercy. He has mentioned to remind how God is Considerate, Compassionate and Thoughtful about creatures in protecting them. This is because in criminal cases, true criminals will be easily distinguished from real innocents who are indicted (charged with a crime) through DNA and finger print. Recent studies about finger-print and DNA molecule proved how God’s word is true which was revealed 14 century ago.
“I swear by the Day of Resurrection, and I swear by the most blaming soul. Does man think that We never bring together his bones? Certainly We are always in a position to put (in correct and specific order) his fingertips.” 75: 1-4
لااقسم بیوم القیامه، ولااقسم بالنفس اللواّمه، ایحسب الانسان الّن نجمع عظامه؟ بلی قادرین علی ان نسّویه بنانه.
There is no puzzle why human fingertip is revealed in the Qur'an, while DNA issue is not mentioned, whereas penetration into the space by God authorization (Chapter 55 # 33), and keep ascending into the space (Chapter 15 # 14, 15) have been stated. The Quran routinely proposes people to study the easiest way they can do, the most accessible means they would get, the cheapest way they should spend and the most evident things they can see to believe. While finger tip was practically the easiest way for them to apply, talking about human DNA was the most difficult ever for them to realize. For instance being carried by animals such as elephants, camels, horses and asses was mentioned because it was their daily routine; and using canoe, the lightest and narrowest boat moving by peddles, or driving forward by sail was acceptable for people; whereas naming cars, planes or space crafts which were too hard to imagine; were not indicated but very briefly and the present tense indicates that people will take like them as ride in future.
“And He made from ship and cattle things the like of which that you take ride.” 43: 12
وجعل لکم من الفلک والانعام ماترکبون.
“And We created for them the like of it (ship) on which they will take ride.” 36: 42
وخلقنا لهم من مثله ما یرکبون.
“And God created you and what you make now and then.” 37: 96
والله خلقکم وماتعملون.
Pointing out about going up into space is to bear in the mind that man definitely will go up into the space but with God authorization and support.
“And even if We open to them a gateway of the heaven and they keep ascending into it back and forth, certainly they would say, ‘ our eyes got intoxicated, rather we are bewitched people. “ 15: 14, 15
ولوفتحناعلیهم بابامن السماء فظلّوافیه یعرجون، لقالواانماسکرتّ ابصارنابل نحن قوم مسحورون.
“O the group of Jinn and humans, if you can penetrate beyond the territories of the heavens and earth, go ahead and penetrate, but you cannot penetrate unless with Our authorization and support.” 55: 33
یامعشرالجّن والانس ان استطعتم ان تنفذوامن اقطارالسموات والارض فانفذوا، لاتنفذون الابسلطان. Thus Khaleq means giving information about creation. But Brai means the Creator creates things with different visual features even they are in the same specie. For instance plants in the same category have different shapes of leaves, various medicinal virtues and variety of life span and etc. And Mossaver means the Creator creates things exactly distinguished form one another through their DNA molecule, and finger-print. And a recent study of a murder case proved that plants within the same group have also different DNA.
III-Among school works, students should make compositions (short essay or insha) to develop (compose words by putting them in proper order to explain) various subjects by the words they already have in mind. This type of work “insha”, no sample of which was available before is exactly the same for another kind of what God creates. In fact, He composes new genesis with the materials He has already made, so He is Monsheh (Composer) just as a composer (musician) who puts different notes in proper order to make a piece of nice tone. Thus (Faater) means creating things from nothing present, while (Monshe) means creating things from something already present.
“He is the One who shows you the lightening as a source of fear and hope and continuously Monshe (composes) the heavy clouds.”
هوالذی یریکم البرق خوقاوطمعا وینشئ السحاب الثقال.
“Say’ ‘take trip on earth to see how He started the creation, then composes the rebirth in the hereafter; surely God has power over everything.” 29: 20
قل سیروافی الارض فانظرواکیف بداء الخلق، ثمّ الله ینشئ النشاه الآخره، ان الله علی کلّ شیئ قدیر.
The following revelation displays the mechanism through which heavy clouds are produced. It explains that clouds are created (composed) from seas’ water vapor. As water vapors rise after being heated by sun shine, they condensed under pressure into pieces of cloud. Powerful winds drive scattered clouds from different areas by the will of God, to bring them together and accumulate them into large peaces. You will find the rain, coming down out of it from the sky in the form of mountains (huge masses) of hail-storm to afflict whomever God wills and turn away from whomever He wills, while the flash of its lightning is almost making eyes blind. 24: 34
الم ترانّ الله یزجی سحابا، ثمّ یولّف بینه ثمّ یجعله رکاماً فتری الودق یخرج من خلاله وینزّل من السماء من جبال فیهامن بردفیصیب بهامن یشاء ویصرقه عن من یشاء، یکاسنابرقه یذهب بالابصار.
The above revelations bring many facts to the light which is necessary to bear in mind.
1-Due to the creation of clouds is out of water vapor, the verb “compose” is used instead of the verb “create”. And this indicates the accuracy of God’s word to make everything clear to us.
2-Recycling water in nature again and again, separating fresh water from salt water in the heaven, and combining fresh water with salt water on earth, all this process is only one of God’s Graces upon His creatures.
3-Since there is no way for man to exactly evaluate how heavy clouds are, people can only estimate roughly its heaviness when they shovel 2-3 feet of snow. And it is through such phenomena that the Almighty makes servants believe in Him and His words revealed in the Holy Qur'an.
4-How powerful wind must be there to be able to drive such heavy clouds.
5-Who can keep such heavy clouds suspending in air without falling other than God?
6-Who will decide which area must be damaged, which region must be saved and which district must receive optimum precipitation other than the Almighty?
7- Meteorologists can only guess roughly what would happen through some clouds characters such as clouds thickness, heaviness, the speed of motion, track and direction and other factors, but the Almighty who makes them knows exactly what will happen;.
“And He is who mixes together the two seas; the left over of fresh, sweet water with the salt, bitter water. He made (ja’ala) a restricted barrier between the two by (composing clouds) and putting high mountains in the earth to secure fresh water for living beings.” 25: 53
هوالذی مرج البحرین هذاعذب فرات وهذاملح اجاج وجعل بینهمابرزخاوحجرامحجورا.
“And did We not make (ja’ala) on earth firmly established high mountains to make you drink fresh water?” 77: 27
وجعلنا فیهارواسی شامخات واسقیناکم ماء فراتا؟
This statement is interrogative (asking question), because the previous one were like this.
9-Cloud composing is the first step for changing salt water into fresh water, making firm high mountains on earth is the second step of this process to make enough fresh water, and gushing fresh water springs from the earth by hydrostatic pressure is the final step to make fresh water accessible to all beings living around mountainous areas. The similarity of high mountains on earth to provide more fresh water is exactly the same as the tread-like villi in the small intestine to absorb and provide the body with enough nutrients. Celiac disease (Sprue), in which the small intestine loses its villi, the small intestine cannot absorb enough food. Desert areas are waterless because lack of mountains, whereas mountainous areas are full of thermal springs, fresh water springs, springs of mineral water, and artesian wells by internal hydrostatic pressure.
10-The Almighty has seriously asked people, do they send down fresh water to drink from clouds, or He is the one who constantly sends it down from clouds; and if He wills, He would make it bitter?
“Have you realized the water you drink? Did you send it from cloud, or We constantly send it, and if We wish, We will make it bitter, why do you not give thanks? 56: 68-70
افرایتم الماء الذی تشربون، ءانتم انزلتموه من المزن ام نحن المنزلون؟ ولونشاء جعلناه اجاجاً فلولا تشکرون؟
“This is the Knower of the unseen and the seen, the Almighty, and the Most Merciful who excellently created (khalaqa) everything, and began the creation of man from mud. After that He made (ja’ala) his progeny from the strain (the main part) of a liquid of low value. Next He put it in perfect order and blew into him from He spirit and made (ja’ala) for you the hearing, the sight and the minds, seldom you give thanks (use your faculties properly).” 32: 6-9
ذلک عالم الغیب والشهاده العزیزالرحیم، الذی احسن کلّ شیئ خلقه وبدا خلق الانسان من طین . ثمّ جعل نسله من سلاله ماء مهین. ثمّ سویّه ونفخ من روحه وجعل لکم لسمع والابصاروالافئده، قلیلاما تشکرون.
IV-Two terms of creation used in this revelation is to give information by (khalaqa) and show the purpose of creation by (ja’ala). It is from the main part of the male and female liquid which ends up to a new baby. Since the number of the chromosomes in them (either male or female seeds) is half of other normal cells, this liquid is called “liquid of low value”. And God, the Most High has applied the verb “ja’ala” to display that boy and girl come from the main part (male and female seed) of this liquid
“And God brought you out of you mothers’ bellies’ wombs knowing nothing and made (ja’ala) for you the hearing, the sight and the minds that you may give thanks.” 16: 78
والله اخرجکم من بطون امهاتکم لاتعلمون شیئا،وجعل لکم السمع والابصاروالافئده لعلّکم تشکرون.
And the verb “ja’ala” used in this verse is to show that ears, eyes and mind are granted to use them on the right way which means “giving thanks”
“Say, O prophet! He is the One who composed (insha) you, and (ja’ala) for you the hearing, the insight and the minds, seldom you give thanks. And say, ‘He is the One who scattered you on earth and to Him all of you will be resurrected” 67: 23, 24
قل هوالذی انشاکم وجعل لکم السمع والابصاروالافئده قلیلاماتشکرون. قل هوالذی ذراکم فی الارض والیه تحشرون.
Applying the verb “insha” is to show that we are composed us from a male and female seed, and the verb “ja’ala” is to show that there is a purpose behind the creation of your faculties to used them appropriately.
“Surely We created man from a drop of mixed fluid (male and female fluids).” 76: 2
اناّ خلقناالانسان من نطفه امشاج.
V-Badi means the Innovator (to produce something new without any previous pattern) or the Inventor (to introduce a new device with no prior prototype) or being splendid or being wonderful.
“The Wonderful Innovator of the heavens and earth, how could He have an issue (son or daughter), when He has no consort and while He is All-Knowing?” 6: 101
بدیع السموات والارض! انیّ یکون له ولد ولم تکن له صاحبه وهوبکلّ شیئ علیم؟
“The Splendid Inventor of the heavens and earth, whenever He makes decision a matter to be done truly He says to it “Be” and it “is” 2: 117
بدیع السموات والارض، اذاقضی امرافانمّا یقول له کن، فیکون.
VI- “O prophet, say, ‘should I take a guardian besides God, while He is the Faater (Creating from nothing present) of the heavens and earth and He feeds but is not fed?”
قل اغیرالله اتخّذ ولیاً فاطرالسموات والارض وهو یطعم ولایطعم؟
“Joseph (AS) said, ‘O My Lord! Indeed you gave me some kingdom and taught me the interpretation of the events. O the Faater of the heavens and earth! You are alone my Guardian in this and the world to come. Let me die Muslim (fully submitted to you) and join me with the righteous.” 12: 101
ربّ قدآتیتنی من الملک وعلمتّنی من تاویل الاحادیث. فاطرالسموات والارض! انت ولیّ فی الدنیا والآخره توفّنی مسلما والحقنی بالصالحین.
“Habib the carpenter (the faithful of Yaseen family) said, ‘Follow the messengers who do not ask you for any reward while they are rightly guided? And why should I not worship the one who created me into existence from nothing and to Him you all will be returned?” 36: 21, 22
اتبعوّامن لایسئلکم اجراً وهم مهتدون؟ ومالی لااعبدالذی فطرنی والیه ترجعون؟
Delicacy and diversity in what God has created
Elaborating organisms in great detail absolutely against other creatures with some distinguishing traits, or putting some special characters in them totally different from other fellows is another characteristic aspect of God’s creativity, called “delicacy”, which displays nothing but the outstanding omnipotence of God. The red blood cells, for instance, have many special features to do their duties more easily and more efficiently like ships or aircrafts streamliners which move quickly through water or air with the least resistance. Red blood cells are the smallest cells in the body because 5000,000 of them are in one milliliter, 1/1000 of liter of the blood. While they are non-nucleated cells and biconcave disk-shaped, furnished with special hemoglobin (the molecule of iron) which can take up oxygen where its pressure is high within lungs and reversely deliver it into tissues where its pressure is low. They are streamliners for moving through the hair-like capillaries quickly, efficiently and without noticeable resistance, and this is one of the delicacies of God’s work
1-Creating unicellular organisms like “ameba” or “bacteria”, versus multicellular living things like human body is another distinguished characters of God’s creation. This is because human body is made of multiple organs which themselves are made of millions cells of the same shape, size and function. It is to mention that millions cells perform just one task like muscles for movement, while the ameba of one cell does all tasks necessary to its life. That is by projecting its cytoplasma called “pseudopod” (false foot), it moves about, ingests food and discharges waste matters and, by division its cytoplasma, it multiplies. And these two extreme forms of life are samples of God’s delicacy.
2-Obligate aerobic organisms need free oxygen for their life process and the presence of oxygen makes the continuation of their life possible, whereas 205 species of obligate anaerobic clostridium die with the presence of oxygen like the agent of tetanus, gas gangrene, botulism, clostridium Difficile, and etc. In other words one creature would die with lack of oxygen, while the other one would die with the presence of oxygen. Is it not bizarre in routine creation to make such a contradictory make, while there are still some facultative organisms which can live with or without oxygen depending on their special situations?
3-Fishes are designed to breathe in water by gill like other water animals, as birds are planned to breathe on land by lungs like other land animals, whereas amphibious beings, which can live both on land and in water like frogs, toads, salamanders or turtles, which in their aquatic larvae breathe by gills but after metamorphose to an adult, breathe by lungs so they are intermediate between fishes and regular reptiles.
4-The life span of the skin cells is roughly about 24-36 hours. The deepest layer of epidermis called “Malpighian” layer continuously germinates new cells for the outermost, and nonvascular layers of the skin to keep it young and strong against all microorganisms around us meanwhile there is no limitation for the cast off of skin dead cells. But the occasion for nerve cells, which come from the same origin as the skin cells come, is totally different. The life span of the nerve cells is equal to man’s whole life, because brain case has a very limited space for its contents and blood brain barrier (BBB), designed to protect brain cells, does not allow the litters of the dead cells move across the capillaries of the brain. To make possible the exchange of nutrients and wastes materials between tissues and blood, capillaries are made of one row of epithelial cells with some gap between them (fenestration). The BBB means the kind of fenestration in brain capillary system is so tight that large molecules cannot pass across this system. Therefore there is no room within the brain case to keep the litters of the dead nerve cells if they were supposed to germinate new cells. That is why they never reproduce new cells. This is God’s exigency to keep brain cells, as the most vital organs, alive.
5-While red blood cells are the smallest cells, the largest cells in female animals are their ovum (female seeds) but their sizes depend on how their fetuses should develop and how big the new born animal should be. If fetuses should be developed in the womb, ovum should not be as big as the female eggs should be developed outside of mother. If women’s ovum can be seen through magnifying lenses, the eggs of pigeons, hens and ducks are relatively bigger and bigger and bigger from each other. For the same reason the egg of ostrich; a large, swift running and non flying bird; is about 2-3 pounds.
6-Of two hundreds and some muscles, striated and smooth muscles, voluntary and involuntary muscles which include all muscles of the body, the heart muscle is a distinguished striated muscle for its group of cells called sino-atrial node which initiate, maintain and regulate the heart beat so is called heart natural pace-maker. The cremaster muscle which covers scrotum (a pouch of skin containing testicles) is another exception to all body muscles for being very sensitive to heat and cold. It is because reproductive cells in testicles are susceptible to heat and cold and they need to be in the best optimum degree of heat, otherwise they will die. For this reason the cremaster stretches when the weather is hot to keep testicles away from the body to keep them cool enough, but when the weather is cold, this muscle contracts to bring near them to the body to keep them warm enough. Although the origin of ovaries (female glands) and testicles (male glands) is the same, ovaries stay within the pelvic near uterine tubes, while testicles should come out of the body and stay within scrotum to maintain the optimum heat.
7-Though hydrogen atom is highly flammable element and is used in rocket fuel, and oxygen atom is also highly involved in all combustive (flammable) processes; the Almighty God made water from these two flammable elements at the beginning of the creation of the universe to be the main source of life and fire extinguisher in the solar system. And again one of the signs of the Day of Resurrection is changing water sees to blocks of exploding fire.
“And when the sees are fired-up,” 81: 6; and when the sees are exploded,” 82: 3
واذا البحارسجرّت، واذا البحارفجّرت.
8- Green plants usually get carbon dioxide from air and water plus mineral from earth to start making sugar (carbohydrates) molecules at the first step of the process of photo-synthesis. But according to humans need the other two essential foods such as fats and proteins must be transformed by the will of God to secure the nutrition of all living beings. And this phenomenon is called unity in diversity, which a sugar molecule guarantees all living beings. Therefore plant products are categorized into three main forms, according to which of these products is higher in them. If canes, beets, dates, grapes and etc have more sugar; olives, avocados, walnuts, almonds and many others have higher amount of fat; and all beans and grains are the main source of protein. And God, the Most High has revealed all food items necessary to keep humans and animals alive such as proteins (beans and grains), sugar (grapes and dates), fats (olive), fruits (vitamins), edible herbs (minerals), and pasture (roughage) for grazing animals.
“Then let human look at his food items deeply to know how and what We have prepared for him. We poured water down more than enough, then We split the earth open, then We grow in it grains and beans, grapes and edible herbs, olive and date palm, and orchards thick with fruit trees and pastures to keep you and your grazing animals alive.” 80: 24- 32
فلینظرالانسان الی طعامه؛ اناّ صببناالماء صبّا، وشققناالارض شقّا، فانبتنافیهاحبّا وعنباوقضبا، وزیتوناونخلا وحدائق غلبا وفاکهه وابّا، متاعاً لکم ولانعامکم.
Considering readers’ patience, and making not too long any section of this presentation, the following item will be the last one, if not there are still many more interesting points to display.
9-Designing a contradictory character of positive and negative phototropism in each and every single seed to grow properly and provide living creatures with enough food stuffs is one of God’s initiatives in creation. Yielding prolific and nutritive fruits, every single seed needs to have one stem to go into air toward sunlight (positive phototropism) for bearing food through photosynthesis (absorbing solar energy, getting carbon dioxide from air and combining it with water coming from earth); and one root to go deep into dirt (away from sunlight (negative phototropism) to get water and minerals from the deep layers of the earth.
“He is the One who created the heavens and earth in six periods, then firmly established the Supreme of Authority while He knows what penetrate deeply into the earth (negative phototropism of each seed) and what go out into air (positive phototropism of every seed).” 57: 4
هوالذی خلق السموات والارض فی ستّه ایاّم ثمّ استوی علی العرش، یعلم مایلج فی الارض وما یخرج منها.
Various hints in things created
1-God must be the One and the Only One Creator of the universe, and He alone must be its planner for many reasons. There is no discrepancy in His creation even if one keeps looking again and again but he will back with eyes exhausted and confusion. In addition the marvelous arrangement of the flow rhythms of nature never changes. If the nature were not handled skillfully by the Almighty some bizarre or untimely phenomena would happen in their routine tasks.
“God is the One who created seven heavens in layers, and you never see any discrepancy in the creation of the Most Gracious. Keep looking, do you see any break? Look again and again, your eyes will turn back to you exhausted and shameful.” 67: 3, 4
الذی خلق سبع سموات طباقاماتری فی خلق الرحمن من تفاوت فارجع البصرهل تری من فطور؟ ثم ارجع البصرکرتیّن ینقلب الیک البصرخاسئاً وهوحسیر.
Realizing that the sun, moon, earth, plants, animals, and etc have no odd movement in their duties; it simply means that they are absolutely under the control of One Omnipotent Planner otherwise total disorder (chaos) surely would happen in their regular functions.
2-That everything absolutely depends on nature strongly proves two things which nature by itself is the master of none, and every single species of creature, from the lowest to the highest rank, has its own peculiar soul to receive, understand and comply with the command of the Almighty through nature. This is because the normal performance of everything looks absolutely related to a fixed plan. Each flouring bush blooms exactly at the same time each year, every fruit tree yields fruits precisely at the same season, and every bird or animal gives birth accurately at the same moment convenient to raise their new-born with the least death rate. Daily sunrise and sunset each year are exactly the same as in previous years and will be the same as in years to come. This situation is precisely the same for the moon in previous or future months until when the solar system will be collapsed by the will of God.
“Surely your Lord is God who created the heavens and earth in six periods. He then perfectly integrated the Throne of Authority. The night regularly covers the day which promptly pursuits it, and the sun, the moon and the stars are all committed to serve His command. Surely creationism and commands are all His, and Blessing is God the Lord of universe.”
انّ ربکم الله الذی خلق السموات والارض فی ستهّ ایام ثم استوی علی العرش، یغشی الیل النهار یطلبه حثیثا، والشمس والقمروالنجوم مسخرات بامره، الاله الخلق والامر، تبارک الله رب العالمین.
“God is He who created the heavens and earth and what is between them in six periods, then He perfectly integrated over the center of Authority. You have neither Guardian nor intercessor besides Him. Will you not think then, while He continuously make plan from the heavens to the earth.” 32: 4, 5
الله الذی خلق السموات والارض ومابینهمافی ستّه ایاّم ثمّ استوی علی العرش، مالکم من دون الله من ولیّ ولاشفیع، یدبرّ الامرمن السماء الی الارض.
“When He settled the seven heavens in two periods, He revealed the rule of every heaven, and adorned the lowest heaven with lights and protected it against all Devils. This is an assessment from the Almighty, the Omnipotent.” 41: 12
فقضیهنّ سبع سموات فی یومین واوحی فی کلّ سماء امرهاوزینّاالسماء الدنیابمصابیح وحفظا ذلک تقدیرالعزیزالعلیم.
3-Though the soul usually animates (causes movement, feeling, vigor and spirit of) things, it is not the same in different things. We already know that first thing in the series of creatures such as solids and plants have no thought system like humans to feel and receive outside impressions. While humans are equipped with systems they need, other creatures are also provided with what they need for their own life.
In a solid-state, like semiconductors transistors, the soul just enables them to control the flow of electricity. But plants, a higher level among creatures, get their growth and nutrition, whereas animals, higher than plants, have growth, nutrition, movement, and no sex discrimination (relationship). On the higher level, humans enjoy growth, nutrition, movement, and strict sex discrimination; while they have various levels of conscience (awareness of right and wrong with the compulsion to do right).
At the first glance all humans look the same. But extensive religious studies make clear that disbelievers, regular believers, true faithful; and spiritual leaders (appointed by God to guide people to the right path) have absolutely different levels of soul for they have different conscious (aware of oneself and one’s duties). Those who are earnestly faithful to serve nothing but God are qualified to be among “true believers” with higher level of soul and conscience. But those who are regular faithful (in name only, not in fact) do not serve God seriously, so they are on lower level of conscious. While those who deny the truths and bury them in the ground are on the lowest level of conscious even lower than animals, for animals keep their animality and follow their instincts. But humans with some conscience, disregarding their true nature absolutely compatible with a sound life become no longer real humans, though they look human, because they have no commitment to stick to the line of their true nature. Therefore wherever their own interest necessitates, or they think something is to their interest, and because they have no compulsion to do right with themselves and others, they disregard (trample) others’ rights, as well as their own interest. They drink, for instance, alcohol because researchers have recently promulgated drinking one or two glasses of red wine is good for physical health. The follow researchers’ idea and disregard God ‘s command who revealed fourteen centuries ago that alcohol has some benefit, while its harms are by far more than its benefits. In fact, they accept unwise people for drinking alcohol, while they disregard All-Intelligent God for avoiding alcohol drinking.
“Those who disbelieve continually enjoy themselves and eat as cattle eat, but hellfire will be their resting-place.” 47: 12
والذین کفروایتمتعوّن ویاکلون کماتاکل الانعام والنارمثوی لهم.
“By the soul (the human soul) and by that Omnipotent who made it (the human soul) equal, the soul inspires both libertinism (promiscuity) and devotion (loyalty to the truths). Surely successful is the one who purified it (the human soul), and surely hopeless (disappointed) is he who buried (denied) the truth of human soul in the ground 91: 7-10
ونفس وماسویّها، فالهمها فجورهاوتقویها، قدافلح من زکیّها، وفدخاب من دسیّها.
“Surely the worst living beings in God’s sight are deaf who do not hear the truths and the dumb who do not speak the truths, are not endowed with the faculty of reason. If God had known any goodness in them, He would have made them hearers. Even if He makes them hearers, surely they will turn away with objection. O believers! Respond God and messenger when they invite you with what revive you, and know that God surely intervenes between man and his heart and to Him surely you will be summoned.” - 24
انّ شرّ الدواب عندالله الصمّ البکم الذین لایعقلون. ولوعلم الله فیهم خیرلاسمعهم، ولواسمعهم لتولواّو هم معرضون.یاایهاالذین آمنوااستجیبوالله وللرسول اذادعاکم لمایحییکم واعلمواانّ الله یحول بین المرء وقلبه وانّه الیه تحشرون.
“Is he who was dead and We revived him by providing light to move among people like him who is in utter darkness from which he cannot get out; this way is adorned what disbelievers were doing.” 6: 122
اومن کان میتا فاحییناه وجعلناله نورایمشی به فی الناس کمن مثله فی الظلمات لیس بخارج منها، کذلک زیّن للکافرین ماکانوایعملون.
In fact, the metaphors used in this revelation are to distinguish true believer from serious disbeliever. Thus ignorance represents darkness overwhelming disbeliever without opportunity to get out from it. Light stands for true guidance through which believer can move correctly among people. Lake of right movement is equal to death. Therefore this verse would imply that while true believers are alive, they live under the light of guidance and move with right discipline among people; whereas disbelievers are dead within a world full of darkness, with no right movement or opportunity to get out from it.
How does purity differ from impurity?
What is the basic difference between a morsel of charcoal and a piece of diamond? While a piece of diamond is the hardest mineral, the most expensive gem, and a crystal clear thing, a piece of charcoal looks dark, easily brittle, and the cheapest thing. The main reason behind this big difference is the purity of diamond, but the impurity of charcoal while they are of the same material. When they are exposed to sun-light, charcoal absorbs all light and does not emit any light to illuminate its around because of impurity; but Diamond shins brightly and gives light around it because of its absolute purity. The same is the difference between true believers and serious disbelievers while they are of the same species. Being earnestly devoted to God, some trace of God’s natures will manifest in true devotees. That is why God who is the Most Merciful to the whole universe and the light of the heavens and earth, the honored prophet of Islam was a “Mercy for the whole world and a shining lamp” and “(the most steadfast) against all polytheists, disbelievers and hypocrites; and showed sympathy with all people.
“And We did not send you but a mercy for the whole world.” 21: 107
وماارسلناک الاّرحمه للعالمین.
The sole difference between the Mercy of God with that of the prophet, peace be upon him, is the eternity of God’s Mercy and the temporality of that of the Prophet when was personally alive among his people, otherwise the words he proclaimed are still alive. .
“Surely a messenger of yourselves has come to you; what afflict you costly affects him, he is greedy for your welfare and right guidance, and he is compassionate and merciful toward the faithful.” 9: 128
لقدجائکم رسول من انفسکم عزیزعلیه ماعنتّم، حریص علیکم، بالمومنین رئوف رحیم.
“O prophet! Say, ‘this is my way which I and those, who strictly fallow me with keen insight, invite you toward God.” 12: 108
قل هذه سبیلی ادعواالی الله اناومن اتبّعنی علی بصیره.
“You should know that God’s messenger is among you, if he obeys you in many matters, surely you will fall in distress. But it will not happen to you because God has made you love faith and decorated it in your heart and made you hate disbelief, libertinism (promiscuity) and disobedience. They are rightly guided and it is a grace and blessing from God.” 49: 7
واعلموا انّ فیکم رسول الله لویطیعکم فی کثیرمن الامرلعنتّم، ولکن الله حببّ الیکم الایمان وزینّه فی قلوبکم وکرّه الیکم الکفروالفسوق والعصیان اولئک هم الراشدون فضلامن الله ونعمه.
While true faithful are privileged with spiritual characters, they get along with true human nature very well. That is because true Islam has committed them to be more concerned about spirituality than materiality, so they should emulate (try to equal or surpass) those who are advanced in spirituality. Meanwhile they should be less concerned about materiality and compare themselves with those who are less fortunate in materiality. On the contrary, disbelievers are just opposite the true faithful. While they are fully privileged with materiality, they are underprivileged (deprived) of the advantages of true human nature. They cannot get along with each other because everyone is concerned about his own interest without giving any privilege to others so an endless conflict will be among them. Therefore such perpetual conflict not only disturbs the serenity of everyone in such community, but it breaks up the social justice as well.
“He is fully aware of your true nature since when He composed you from earth, and when you were embryos in your mothers’ bellies. Therefore do not extol yourself for purity, because He knows the consequence of your life better than anyone else, and He knows better who is more devoted.” 53: 32
هواعلم بکم اذانشئکم من الارض واذانتم اجنّه فی بطون امهاّتکم فلاتزّکواانفسکم، هواعلم بمن اتقیّ.
“O believers! Do not take lining (disbelievers as your intimate friend) instead of your fellow-believers. They never fail to hurt you, and they love to put you in distress. Their hatred has already shown from their mouths, while what they hide in their chests is still greater. Indeed We have made clear revelations to you that you may realize.” 3: 118
یاایهاالذین آمنوالاتتخذوّابطانه من دونکم لایآلونکم خبالا ودوّاماعنتّم قدبدت البغضاء من افواههم وماتخفی صدورهم اکبر، قدبییناّ الآیات لعلّکم تعقلون.
"If any advantage touches you they will grieve and if disadvantage hits you they will rejoice, but if you are patient and take good care of yourselves their schemes will never hurt you. Surely God is informed of what they do.” 3: 120
ان تمسسکم حسنه تسوئهم وان تصیکم سیهّ یفرحوابهاوان تصیرواوتتقوالایضرّکم کیدهم شیئا، انّ الله بماتعملون محیط.
“Have you not realized those who exchanged disbelief for God’s blessing and settled down a place of perdition for their people, the Hell therein they will burn continuously, what an evil resting place.” 14: 28, 29
الم ترالی الذین بدلّوانعمت الله کفراواحلّواقومهم دارالبوار، جهنّم یصلونهاوبئس القرار.
Persistent believers versus pernicious disbelievers
God, the Most High has a general light surrounding everything like sunlight which illuminates everything without exception. The light is unique among all things which is easily visible by itself while revealing (disclosing) everything else other than itself. God’s general light makes clear the silhouette (the outline) of dark things. Thus believers and disbelievers enjoy this light equally. But God’s specific light is designed to illuminate the inside of true believers only. This is the light of faith, cognizance, knowledge, wisdom, and sagacity which yields insight or intuition (the faculty of knowing the true nature of things without using rational process) to them. It is only through this specific light that believers and disbelievers differ from one another, according the following revelations:
“God is the Light of the heavens and earth, the example of His Light is just like a niche (a recess in the upper part of a wall suitable to project strong light), in which is a lamp, the lamp is in a glass, and the glass is just like a brightly shining star, the lamp’s fuel is from a blessed olive three which is neither eastern nor western, its oil is almost to ignite (start burning) even though no light has touched it yet. There is Light upon Light that God routinely guides whomever He wills to His Light. God sets forth examples for people, and God is All-Aware of everything.” 24” 35
الله نورالسموات والارض، مثل نوره کمشکوه فیهاالمصباح، المصباح فی زجاجه، الزجاجه کانّها کوکب دریّ، یوقدمن شجره مبارکه زیتونه لاشرقیه ولاغربیّه، یکادزیتهایضی ولولوتمسسه نار، نورعلی نور، یهدی الله لنوره من یشاء، ویضرب الله الامثال للناس، والله بکلّ شیئ علیم.
“God’s guiding light is in houses which God has permitted to be raised for remembering His name therein, and therein are men who are not distracted by trade and business to remember God, glorify Him morning and evening; establish prayers, and pay the poor-rate of Zakat, while concerning about the Day on which minds and sights will be changed.” 24: 36, 37
فی بیوت اذن الله ان ترفع ویذکرفیهااسمه یسبح له فیهابالغدوّ والآصال، رجال لاتلهیهم تجاره ولابیع ان ذکرالله واقام الصلوه وایتاء الزکوه یخافون یوماتتقلّب فیه القلوب والابصار.
Why will only mind and sight be changed on Resurrection Day is that overwhelming people are not insightful in this world to see through the true nature of things, whereas vision will be sharp enough to see through the real nature of everything on Resurrection Day. Thu by seeing horrible facts on that Day, their hearts will react and change.
“Surely you used to be inattentive (negligent) to this world, now We remove wrapping from your eyes, so your vision is as sharp as steel.” 50: 22
لقدکنت فی غفله من هذافکشفناعنک غطائک فبصرک الیوم حدید.
This very unique verse displays clearly the difference between godly men and disbelievers. The former are very insightful to see the true nature of everything while living in this world, so they live conservatively in this world and are concerned about the hardship of that Day ahead of time. Therefore they behave very cautiously, whereas disbelievers not only are reluctant to accept the truths but they turn back with aversion as well. Thus God, the Most Compassionate, through best alarming examples, warns them and reveals their situation in detail, before taking place, that they may try to find some remedy for it.
“The analogy of the deeds of those who disbelieve in God is like ashes upon which a violent wind on a stormy day blows. Nothing would they gain from whatever they earned, this is an extreme straying.”
مثل الذین کفروابربهّم اعمالهم کرماداشتّدت به الریح فی یوم عاصف، لایقدرون علی شیئ مماکسبوا ذلک هوالضلال البعید.
“The parable of those taking guardian besides God is exactly like a spider which makes a house; in fact, the flimsiest house is spider’s house, if simply they think, because no one knows unmixed truths but God.” 29: 40
مثل الذین اتخذوامن دون الله اولیاء کمثل العنکبوت التخذت بیتاوانّ اوهن البیوت لبیت العنکبوت، لوکانوایعلمون.
“The parable of disbelievers is like sheep which hear nothing but a call and scream (without understanding what it means) of a shepherd (the prophet). Disbelievers are deaf to here the truths, blind to recognize the right way, and dumb because they have no right word to speak of because they do not understand.” 2: 171
ومثل الذین کفرواکمثل الذی ینعق بمالایسمع الاّ دعاءً ونداءً ، صمّ بکم عمی فهم لایعقلون.
“And those who disbelieve, their deeds are like a mirage in a desert, which a thirsty one thinks it is water; until reaching there will find nothing but God instead to pay his due in full, for God is quick reckoning. Another parable for disbelievers is like utter darkness in a deep sea which covers it a wave above it a wave above it clouds, Darkness upon darkness. So that when he pulls out his hand, he could barely see it; because whom God does not provide with light, will have no light.” 24: 39, 40
والذین کفروااعمالهم کسراب بقیعه یحسبه الظمان ماءً حتی اذاجائه لم یجده شیئاووجدالله عنده فوفیّه حسابه، والله سریع الحساب. اوکظلمات فی بحرلجّی یغشیه موج من فوقه موج من فوقه سحاب، ظلمات بعضهافوق بعض اذاخرج یده لم یکدیریها، ومن لم یجعل الله له نورفماله من نور.
Certainly those who plunge within themselves, disregarding the truths of the outside world, and are amused with the flood of their ignorance, live in a thick darkness which cannot see any reality but their own ambitions. This is because disbelievers have neither true Master to guide them to the right path, nor do they have enough knowledge to distinguish true right from real wrong, so they follow nothing but frivolities.
“This is because God is the Guardian of true believers, while disbelievers have no true guardian.” 47: 11
ذلک بانّ الله مولی الذین آمنواوانّ الکافرین لامولی لهم.
“This is because disbelievers follow falsehood, but true believers follow the truths from their Lord.” 47: 3
ذلک بانّ الذین کفروااتبعواالباطل وانّ الذین آمنوااتبعواالحق من ربهم.
Disbelievers’ characters
Disbelievers need to be furnished with a system to help them to perceive the true nature of things as the faithful can do by God’s help. When disbelievers are unable to see through the visible things by their regular senses, how can they understand spiritual matters like love and hate, or moral characters of good or bad even they are knowledgeable? Ungodly scientists feel discredited if they acknowledge that God is the Creator of the universe and obey Him. That is why most scientists make fun of those who believe in divinity, and they are rude and disrespectful to God’s instructions. When people get just a little knowledge; not only become so absorbed to their fragmentary knowledge that they lose themselves but take so pride to deny God, and contempt those who earnestly believe in God. While they themselves do not enjoy with the firm principles of knowledge, they reject God’s far-reaching sagacity (full of all knowledge).
“Those who disbelieve say about those who believe, ‘If the Qur'an had any goodness (virtue), they would have not got ahead of us into it (the Qur'an) to attain success. And because we were not rightly guided with it, they would say, ‘it is an old lie.” 46: 11
وقال الذین کفرواللذین آمنوا لوکان خیراًماسبقونا الیه، واذلم یهتدوابه، فسیقولون هذاافک قدیم.
Because of unreasonable arrogance, scientists and disbelievers believe all knowledge is exclusively to them, while believers are underprivileged of any kind of knowledge.
“Scientist constantly hears God’s revelations accurately recited to him, but he usually persists with arrogance as if he had not heard them, thus announce him a painful retribution (punishment). This is because when he comes to know of any of Our revelations, he takes fun of it, so he will have humiliating punishment.” 45: 8, 9
یسمع آیات الله تتلی علیه ثمّ یصّرمستکبراً کان لم یسمعها، فبشرّه بعذاب الیم. واذاعلم من آیاتناشیئا اتخذهاهزوا، اولئک لهم عذاب مهین.
“Surely We had secured them in what We have not secured you, and We provided them with their ears, eyes and mind; but their ears, eyes and mind did not make them rich at all when they were denying Our revelations, and the very same things they used to ridicule embraced them.” 46: 26
ولقدمکناّهم فیماان مکناّکم فیه وجعلنالهم سمعاوابصاراًوافئده فمااغنی عنهم سمعهم والابصارهم ولا افئدتهم من شیئ اذکانوایجحدون بآیات الله وحاق بهم ماکانوابه یستهزئون.
Looking at a fruit three whose branches take different positions according to the amount of fruits they bear. The more fruits they bear, the heavier they are, and the lower position they take; while the less fruit they yield, the lighter they are, and the higher situation they get. And as you know gardeners usually trim branches without fruit for burning.
A part of Nasser Khosrow, Iranian poet, is this:
Routinely people burn down fruitless trees; in fact, it is a due retribution for bearing no fruit. But if your tree yields heap of knowledge, you can bring down the blue firmament.
بسوزند چوب درختان بی بر سزا خودهمینست مر بی بری را
درخت تو گرباردانش، بگیرد بزیرآوری چرخ نیلوفری را
Useful knowledge
A kind of knowledge would be useful which possesses multiple virtues, such as stability (not likely to change idea by passing time), serviceability (to give good service to all people not hurt them), and high dependability (reliability). Many sciences were useful in the past are no longer in service today, for their tremendous change as time was passing. Many branches of science such as physics, chemistry, biology are used for destructive purpose such as killing numerous people, produce recreational devices to spoil the mind of the youth and addicts them to vanity, bring into existence substitute foods which our body has no enzyme to break them down like margarine (hydrogenated vegetable oils), disturb (break-up) the nature of well-compose (well-balanced) foods which God provided for us; pollute food items with all kinds of pesticides, weed killers and hormones; and upside down natural foods in mills then add some artificial minerals and vitamins, and many others. Sciences let scientist bleach (make colorless) normally colored foods, and make color things are normally colorless and then encourage people to use these new products in the market. Who really could consider foods quality for people, God or ignorant and heedless scientist? Are scientists most knowledgeable to people or God who has created every single creature with Hid sharp will and powerful knowledge? Are scientists more compassionate to their fellow creatures, whose science is their business not their passion, or God who is absolutely self-independent, and whose wide-spread Mercy encompasses every single creature? Who did command not to drink alcoholic beverages, not to eat fish without scale, not to have out-of-wed-lock sexual relation, not to lend money at an excessive interest rate (usury), but commanded to eat good and lawful foods? Scientists’ knowledge is at the first (the lowest level of certainty) which is called “knowledge certainty”, the next level is called “eye certainty”, achieved by seeing things, but because this kind of knowledge, on many occasions, is not true, the second level of certainty is not perfect either. The third or the highest level of certainty is called “absolute certainty” which humans cannot achieve it perfectly in everything unless after death, because their life time is not enough to know everything perfectly, but a few.
“Most surely, you were negligent in all these facts but We have removed the veil from your eyes, so your sight is today very sharp to see everything nakedly. “ 50: 22
لقدکنت فی غفله من هذافکشفناعنک غطائک فبصرک الیوم حدید.
A form of knowledge is reliable which future time will not prove it otherwise whereas
A sort of knowledge would be reliable when a wide-spectrum of sight and sufficient light are present. Looking at an elephant in a semi-dark room through the hole of its door will never give us perfect information from this animal. Modern sciences change continuously, for scientists at anytime have not enough light or a wide-spectrum sight. A sort of knowledge will be helpful through which one can understand the genuineness of human nature designed by God and comply with practically it in his daily life. And a range of information will be dependable when it makes us near to God not keeps us away from Him. Otherwise such knowledge will be good for nothing. How come scientists think deeply about their own specific field, while they usually fail to think about their creation and protection against the hazards of the solar system? Do they surely know who protect them against solar radiation? Do they think who does nourish them from heavens and earth? Have they ever thought who has made them dependent to the light-and-dark cycle of nature to sleep soundly at night and wake up easily by the light-and-dark effect of nature upon their eyes? Have they ever thought who has put sincere love in their parents to take care of them when they were too weak to take care of themselves? Who did provide mothers’ milk as the best food for them when they had no teeth to chew solid foods? Who did change mothers’ milk to colostrum with high protein and gamma globulin for a few days after their birth when the immune system was not strong enough to save them against all infections? Who did make them well-balanced both mentally and physically to be good scientists in their any field? What actually does happen to them to disregard all those favors and consider no dignity for God other than their arrogance, negligence and self-conceit before God?
“What happen to you that do not consider any dignity for God? 71: 13
مالکم لا ترجون لله وقارا؟
“O man, what did you deceive about your Lord, the Most Generous, the One who first created (khalaqa) you, put you then in perfect order, then He equalized you, and finally in whatever feature He willed assembled you? 82: 6-8
یاایهاالانسان ماغرّک بربّک الکریم الذی خلقک فسوّیک فعدلک، فی ایّ صوره ماشاء رکبّک؟
“He is an undefeatable Dominant over servants by sending guardians over you until death comes to any of you.” 6” 61
وهوالقاهرفوق عباده ویرسل علیکم حفظه حتیّ اذاجاء احدکم الموت.
A child having no understanding may thrust his hand into the cage of a wild animal without feeling any danger, but a man of understanding would never does like this. That is why God, the Almighty has revealed this,
“Verily only those of His servants endowed with true and useful knowledge fear God (are more cautious about their duties).” 35: 28
انمّایخشی الله من عباده العلماء.
People can be categorized in four groups; 1) those who have neither knowledge nor faith, 2) those who have both knowledge and faith, 3) those who have only some knowledge, and 4) those who have solely a kind of faith. Of these four groups, the first one is the worst, the second one is the best, while the third and forth groups are on the edge of being lost their secondary personality, so they are good for noting.
This analogy may help to distinguish more about the situation of these groups.
A powerful and secure flight with little effort in the air for birds is possible when equipped with two full fledged wings. They will securely soar in the desired direction and go toward their destination even if the weather is stormy. Having one full-fledged wing, they may get lost and hurt in their destination even in normal flying condition. Possessing no wing, they will be in the worst situation because they are nailed to the ground, prone to all risks, and disposed to be easily preyed by every predator.
1-Having neither a wing of knowledge nor a wing of faith, man is the worst miserable person for he is a good object for every attack and an easy target for every abuse without having any defense power. And the Almighty has revealed:
“Truly the worst living beings in the sight of God are the deaf and dumb, they do not understand.”
انّ شرالدوابّ عندالله الصمّ البکم الذین لایعقلون.
“Truly the worst living beings in the sight of God are those who disbelieve, thus they would not believe.”
انّ شرّالدوابّ عند الله الذین کفروافهم لایومنون.
“Whomever God wills to guide, He renders his chest wide-open to Islam (total submission), and whomever He wills to deviate from the right path, He renders his chest totally tight as though he climbs to the sky. Thus God puts filth (obscenity) upon those who do not believe (chose no faith). 6: 125
فمن یردالله ان یهدیه یشرح صدره للاسلام ومن یردان یضلّه یجعل صدره ضیّقاً حرجاکانّمایصعّد فی السماء کذلک الله یجعل الرجس علی الذین لایومنون.
“While no soul is in a position to believe by itself unless by the permission of God, He puts filth upon those who do not understand (have no knowledge).” 10: 100
وماکان لنفس ان تومن الاّ باذن الله ویجعل الرجس علی الذین لایومنون
Contrary to other creatures, the Almighty has granted man some authorization, so He wants man to have a facultative faith not a compulsory one. Since God is the cause of all causes and He knows ahead of time what man would decide in his life, therefore He usually makes available every thing suitable to his decision. Consequently when anyone, by his wrong choice, insists in resisting to what God has provided for his happiness, his expectation would be nothing but loss and obscenity. This is because man by himself is not duly perfect to properly distinguish which is absolutely to his benefit, so he most of the time he is loser.
2-When the faith of believers is not supported by a useful knowledge or the knowledge of scientists is not protected by a true faith; both will lose their secondary entity (distinctive individual quality) gained by true faith or helpful knowledge. In other words, scientists will lose their true personality when too much brag of their insignificant knowledge deters them to acknowledge faith. This is because a true faith is the security to keep scientists on a high standard level of knowledge like Dr. Jekyll otherwise faithlessness may change scientists to a devil like Mr. Hyde with two different and opposite personalities. The faithful will also lose their faithfulness when their faith is not supported with useful knowledge to resist against opponents, so they may come into the ring (circle) of the unfaithful.
Making His messengers truly convinced to be able to guide his people on the right path; God, the Most High showed Abraham the intrinsic (true) nature of the heavens and earth.
“Thus We showed Abraham the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth to be one of the truly convinced.” 6: 75
وکذلک نری ابراهیم ملکوت السموات والارض ولیکون من الموقنین.
“Because We were fully aware of him, most surely we granted Abraham his right guidance.”
ولقدآتینا ابراهیم رشده من قبل وکنّا به عالمین.
“These are those whom God has rightly guided, thus follow their guidance.” 6: 90
اولئک الذین هدی الله فبهدیهم اقتده.
To make the faithful perfectly convinced, God, the Compassionate refers them to the earth and their own nature (own body); then asks why do you not see. 51: 20, 21
وفی الارض آیات للموقنین وفی انفسکم افلاتبصرون؟
As the chlorophyll in green or blue-green plants is necessary to establish photosynthesis; devotion (piety) in humans is also necessary to establish faith in them.
Piety which is an inborn character of humans, will remain in them provided their whim (caprice or inclination) does not interfere with (deter) it, otherwise it will be destroyed.
In an incandescent lamp, the filament will be highly heated to glow brightly, when lamp is vacuumed or filled with an inert gas, after being hooked to a current of electricity. Otherwise its filament will burn out immediately after passing electric current through it, when there is any amount of air. This situation is exactly the same in human body, that is, human body is like a light bulb, his piety is like a filament, and his whim is like the air in a lamp. And as the right place of such a lamp, whose filament is burned and is useless for it does not give light, is in a garbage can; the suitable place of a man, who cannot help himself, let alone others, is the Hell Fire, because he has destroyed his devotion (piety).
“On the day when those who disbelieved will be exposed to the Fire, will be said, ‘you missed your good opportunities by enjoying secular life only. Then today you are rewarded with a humiliating punishment for what you used to take undue pride on the land and for what you used to be deviant from the true right standard course.” 46: 20
یوم یعرض الذین کفرواعلی النار، اذهبتم طیباتّکم فی حیاتکم الدنیاواستمتعتم بها، فالیوم تجزون عذاب الهون بماکنتم تستکبرون فی الارض بغیرالحق وبماکنتم یفسقون.
“If you disbelieve, how could you take care of yourself from so dreadful day which makes children gray-haired? The heaven will be split thereby, and His promise is ever to be done. Actually this is a reminder for anyone who wishes to take a way to his Lord.” 73: 17-19
فکیف تتقوّن ان کفرتم یوماً یجعل الولدان شیبا؟ السماء منفطربه، کان وعده مفعولا، انّ هذه تذکره، فمن شاء اتخّذ الی ربه سبیلا.
Why do most people take God’s dignity too lightly?
1-Most people usually follow their forefathers’ customs even they were wrong in their ideas, or had no true knowledge, or were guided by Devil to the agony of Hell Fire.
“When they are told, ‘come to what God has revealed and the messenger brought, they would say, ‘suffice it to us what we found upon our fathers, even if their fathers knew nothing and were not rightly guided.” 5: 104
واذاقیل لهم تعالواالی ماانزل االله والی الرسول، قالواحسبنا وجدناعلیه آبائنا اولوکان آبائهم لایعقلون شیئا ولایهتدون.
This group is “Muqassir or Muhmel or negligent or careless or heedless to the reality because they follow their forefathers’ customs blindly without careful investigation or systematic search.
2-As God’s general light embraces every body whether he is believer or disbeliever, His openhandedness (giving without being asked) and generosity (granting upon asking) surrounds every single one. The presence of 114 passages throughout the Qur'an reveals that God is the Most Merciful upon all creatures. This exceptional God’s attribute deceives most people to be serious to their duties before God as they should be.
During week days working people wake up early in the morning to go to work to earn money and support life, and they never desist their routine, because they surely know for any day out of work, they have no money. The same people very serious about their job are very lazy about obeying God. If it was to be nourished through obeying God, they never ever stop obeying God; but the Most Merciful God does never nourish people conditionally. That is why overwhelming people take God’s dignity very lightly.
3-If God had not said before this, “There will be a resting-place and provision for you on earth for a while” an immediate destroying would have embraced disbelievers. 20: 129
ولو لاکلمه سبقت من ربک "ولکم فی الارض مستقرّ ومتاع الی حین" لکان لزاماواجل مسمّی.
And such a postponement from God causes disbelievers to become bold before Him. In addition God, the Most Compassionate usually gives disbelievers enough respite that they have more opportunity to come back to Him in repentance, lest they have an excuse on the Day of Resurrection that you did not respite us and we had no opportunity to come to you in repentance.
4-Obeying God needs lots of perseverance and self-denial. Being honest with others, not cheating people; not hurting them with hand, tongue and mind; and telling them the truths are all difficult, but its fruit is wonderful. That is why most people do not want to be engaged in any sort of difficulty, because they love comfort, are self-indulgent (excessively wish to gratify their own desires) and no provident.
5- Anthropomorphism (ascribing human characters to God) is another wrong idea through which humans take the dignity of God very lightly. That is why most people not only are reluctant to obey God, but they also think they can cheat God as they can cheat other people, so they make excuses for their disbelief or even their hate. They allege without proof that religious duties are very hard (burdensome) so they hate to practice faith. Besides they think believing in God belittles their value and makes their prestige less important.
6-People’s immodesty and their information of the scope of God’s patience that He never wastes the right of hope of them forbids people to advocate any dignity for God and seek forgiveness for their wrong doings.
A true picture of real believers and their opponents
1-It is through the insight which people can understand the inner nature of things, and true faithful feel they need effective insight so earnestly they request their Lord for help.
O Allah! Bless upon Mohammad and his family, and inspire me a kind of knowledge incumbent to inspire on me, and collect all that knowledge for me in full, and have me apply of what you inspire me, and make me successful in what you make me see, until the application of nothing you made me know escapes me, and do not make my limbs dull to accomplish what you inspired me.
اللهّم صلّ علی محمدوآله، والهمنی علم مایجب علیّ الهاما، واجمع لی علم ذلک کلّه تماما، ثم استعملنی بماتلهمنی منه، ووفقنیّ للنفوذفیماتبصّرنی من علمه، حتّی لایفوتنی استعمال شیئ علمّتنیه، ولاتثقل ارکانی عن الحفوف فیماالهمتنیه.
At least 10 times a day, in five times daily prayer, the faithful earnestly express (set forth in words) this way. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
All praise is due to You, the Lord of the universe; the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful; the Master of the Day of Judgment. You alone we worship, and You alone we seek for help. Guide us on the right path; the path of those whom you blessed, not the path of those who are object of Your anger, nor the path of those who go astray (off the right path). This is the first chapter of the Qur'an, without expressing which any prayer will be invalid, God has revealed and taught us to express in daily prayers, .
بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. الرحمن الرحیم. مالک یوم الدین. ایاّک نعبدوایاّک نستعین. اهدناالصراط المستقیم، صراط الذین انعمت علیهم غیرالمغضوب علیهم والضالیّن.
In the first chapter of the Qur'an three classified people are referred to briefly, whereas in term of the faith, people take four various situations which their reward would be various.
1-True faithful whom God has blessed are described in the following revelations:
“And those who obey God and messenger will be with those upon whom God has blessed of the prophets, the very truthful, the witnesses, and the righteous; and what good companions they are.” 4: 69
ومن یطع الله والرسول فاولئک مع الذین انعم الله من النبیین ووالصدیّقین والشهداء والصالحین وحسن اولئک رفیقا.
“Surely believers are those whose hearts get thrilled (emotionally excited) when God is remembered, and when God’s revelations are recited to them, their faith will increase, and put trust in their Lord.” 8: 2
انّماالمومنون الذین اذاذکرالله وجلت قلوبهم واذاتلیت علیهم آیاته زادته ایماناوعلی ربهم یتوکلّون.
2- Disbelievers deny the faith despite knowing it is right. These people are called “maqdubin” “object of God’s anger “. Following their own whims, disbelievers routinely deny Devine truths unjustly and arrogantly. And as their punishment, God makes their ears deaf to truths, and covers eyes to have blind approach for all things. Thus when the mind, the seat of consciousness, receives no true information from faculties; it becomes so fossilized (rigid) to accept any truth latter. It is just like any fractured limb which is very stiff to move after being immobilized in a cast for a while. Removing the cast shows that the injured limb is more atrophic (leaner) than the other side. Lysosome, an intracellular organelle contains various hydrolytic enzymes, serves as a localized intracellular digestion. It is inactive when children are very active but active when the elderly are inactive and have sedentary life. That is why regular exercise makes children’ bones strong, while the bones of elderly become easily breakable as a result of osteoporosis of disuse.
“When Our discerning signs came to Pharaoh and his people; this is a distinct magic, they said. While they were convinced they were true, they unjustly and arrogantly denied themselves (or each other). Consider what would be the consequence of the corrupt.” 27: 13, 14
فلماّ جائتهم آیاتنامبصره قالواهذاسحرمبین، وجحدوابهاواستیقنتهاانفسهم ظلماًوعلواًفانظرکیف عاقبه المفسدین.
3-Qasir or restricted or confined are those who have no access to Devine instruction. In such a case, the Most Compassionate does not punish such restricted people.
“And it is not right for Us to punish anyone until We have sent a messenger.”
وماکنّا معذبّین حتیّ نبعث رسولا.
4-Dallin, the astray are those who are off the right or correct path by devil’s temptation or seduced by his own insinuation
“The devil has overwhelmed them, so he made them forget God’s message. These are the part of Devil. Absolutely the party of Devil is the losers.” 58: 19
استحوذعلیهم الشیطان فانسیهم ذکرالله، اولئک حزب الشیطان، الاانّ حزب الشیطان هم الخاسرون.
The mode of disbelievers
“They say, ‘There is nothing for us but the life in this world, we live and die and nothing destroy us but time. They talk this way because they have no knowledge about it; they only guess, while guesswork does never help.” 45: 24
وقالواماهی الاّحیتناالدنیانموت ونحیاومایهلکناالاّالدهر، وماله بذلک من علم، ان هم الاّ یظنوّن.
“Have you realized the one whose god is his whim, and God let him go astray despite his knowledge through sealing his ears and mind and placing a veil on his eyes? After such a decision from God, who else can help him, why do they not keep in mind? 45: 23
افرایت من اتخذّ الهه هواه واضلّه الله علی علم وختم علی سمعه وقلبه وجعل علی بصره غشاوه؟ فمن یهدیه من بعدالله، افلاتذکرّون؟
“Surely it is equal for those who disbelieve whether you warn them or not, they won’ t believe for God has put a seal (tight close) upon their minds and hearing, and put a cover over their eyes, so there is a great punishment for them.” 2: 6, 7
انّ الذین کفرواسواء علیهم ءانذرتهم ام لم تنذرهم لایومنون. ختم الله علی قلوبهم وعلی سمعهم وعلی ابصارهم غشاوه ولهم عذاب عظیم.
“Disbelievers’ knowledge has run out because they used up (consumed) all they had, so there is nothing left to know with which about the hereafter, not only do they doubt about it (hereafter), but they are blind about it as well.” 27:66
بل ادراّک علمهم فی الآخره، بل هم فی شکّ منها، بل هم منهاعمون.
Soon I will turn away My signs from those who continually take pride on earth without reason. If they see any sign they won’t believe in; if they see a true guiding path, they won’t take it as their way of life; but if they see a real misguiding path, they will take it as their path. This is because they have rejected Our signs and were negligent in their care of them.” 7: 146
ساصرف عن آیاتی الذین یتکبرّون فی الارض بغیرالحق، وان یرواکلّ آیه لایومنوابها، وان یروا سبیل الرشدلایتخذوه سبیلا، وان یرواسبیل الغی یتخذوه سبیلا، ذلک بانهم کذبوّا بآیاتناوکانواعنها غافلین.
“O prophet, surely you cannot make the dead or the deaf hear when they turn away their back. And you cannot guide the blind from their straying, you can only make hear those who believe in Our revelations so they are totally submitters.” 27: 80, 81
انّک لاتسمع الموتی ولاتسمع الصم الادعا اذاولوّ مدبرین. وماانت بهادی العمی عن ضلالتهم، ان تسمع الاّمن یومن بآیاتنافهم مسلمون.
On the Resurrection Day, when all veils are removed, disbelievers will surely acknowledge their past faults by saying, ‘If we had heard or understood we would have not been among the inmates of blazing Fire. 76: 10
وقالوالوکنّا نسمع او نعقل ما کناّ فی اصحاب السعیر.
They will also confess to their misdeeds in this way, ‘O Allah! Truly you had ordered but we disobeyed. You had prohibited but we concluded (determined). You had reminded but not only pretended we have forgotten, but we tried to forget, and we make others forget. You made us realize but we shut our eyes and pretended not to see. You had warned but we exceeded, whereas it was not a right action to your Kindness to us, while you know best what we declare and conceal, and inform what we bring and what we perform. Thus bless upon Mohammad and his family, and excuse us for what we made mistake and forget, and grant us Your duties we have with you, and perfect your charity to us, and let fall your Mercy upon us.
اللهّم انّک امرتنافعصینا، ونهیت فماانتهینا، وذکرّت فتناسینا، وبصرّت فتعامینا، وحذرّت فتعدّینا، وماکان ذلک جزاء احسانک الینا وانت اعلم بمااعلنا واخفیناواخبربماناتی ومااتینا.فصلّ علی محمدو آله ولاتوآخذنابمااخطاناونسیناوهب لناحقوقک لدیناواتّم احسانک الینا واسبل رحمتک علینا.
Different stages of human life
According to the Holy Qur'an and the reports of Ah-Lul-Beit, Humans have four kinds of life, each of which is highly affected by its previous one. As humans die from fetal life to live in this life, they die from this life to live in Barzak. In fact, Barzak is a life interval between this life and the hereafter into which the dead revive and die into Resurrection. Barzak is spiritual time-space during which the scenery of Paradise or the land escape of Hell is shown day and night to its inmates.
“Disbelievers will say, ‘Our Lord, you made us die twice and revived us twice. Thus we confess our sins, is there any way for us to get out?” 40: 11
قالواربّنا اامّتنا اثنتین واحییتنا اثنتین فاعترفنابذنوبنا فهل الی خروج من سبیل؟
“The scenery of Hell Fire or that of Paradise will be shown (exposed) to them day and night, and when the Hour (Resurrection Day) established, admit Pharaoh into the severest punishment.” 40: 46
الناریعرضون علیهاغدوّاً وعشیّا، ویوم تقوم الساعه ادخلواآل فرعون اشدالعذاب.
Dying twice means to die out from this life to Barzak, and die out from Barzak to the Resurrection Day. And living twice means to live in Barzak and live in Resurrection Day. And the situation will be the same for both believers and disbelievers, while true believers will be exposed to the scenery of Paradise, disbelievers will be exposed to the scenery of Hell Fire.
As the fetal life is seriously affected by the quality of parents’ life, this life is strongly influenced by the situation of fetal life, and the hereafter life is a great resultant of this life. Fetal alcoholic syndrome (FAS), characterized by sever growth retardation, mental retardation, and macro-cephaly (small brain), is seen in children borne from parents who were alcoholic before and during mothers pregnancy. As a physical or mental retardation of fetus (not fully developed) is incompatible with harmonious life in this world, those who have incompatibility with their true nature, which secure their all-purpose well-being, not only will be miserable in this life but they will have the most disastrous situation in the hereafter.
“And whoever turns away My Zikr (recollection), surely will have very hard life, and We will resurrect him blind on the Day of Resurrection. He will say, ‘O my Lord! Why did you resurrect me blind, while I used to be insightful? God will say, ‘This is because you forgot Our revelations when came to you, so this day you are forgotten. And this is the way We reward him who was extravagant and did not believe in his Lord’s signs, while the punishment of the hereafter is certainly more severe and more lasting.” ” 20: 124-127
ومن اعرض عن ذکری فانّ له معیشه ضنکا ونحشره یوم القیامه اعمی. قال رب لم حشرتنی اعمی وقدکنت بصیرا؟ قال کذلک اتتک آیاتنافنسیتها، وکذلک الیوم تنسی. وکذلک نجزی من اسرف ولم یومن بآیات ربه ولعذاب الآخره اشدّ وابقی.
Though a sound (healthy) fetal life in mother’s womb and a wonderful life in the Garden of bliss (great spiritual happiness) are to some extent similar to one another, each of them has some special features for its own. But both are absolutely contrary to this (secular) life. If there is no physical exertion for fetuses or the inmates of Paradise to get benefit, secular life is a world of work and work, loaded with successes and disappointments, burdened with various ups-and-downs and oppressed with a variety of diseases. If the life in Paradise is a straight joy with eternal comfort, life in the womb is too short but without head ache. If fetuses get pure physical growth in mother’s womb, mother-nature has a good opportunity of spiritual growth for its inmates in this world. Those who achieve spiritual growth will be admitted into Paradise as a place of spiritual enjoyment, while Hell Fire is the place of the worst punishment for those who denied the truths and did not struggle to achieve any for spiritual growth. While Paradise with its fabulous hospitality, extreme comfort, and gorgeous entertained is a suitable place for its residents; the Hell Fire with its hostility, extreme discomfort, and humiliating punishment is a right place of terrible tortures for its inmates.
Sound fetal life compared with the life of special servants in Paradise
Comparing s sound fetal life in the womb makes it easy understanding some aspects of the life in Paradise for special servants, otherwise there is no way to verify their situation unless taking them for granted. It is through such a comparison that one can convince those who deny every truth revealed by God. It should notify that refusing truths has a long record since when man came to this world. Therefore denying truths is not a new and fashionable mode of today. But such kind of denying from disbelievers should entice believers to get some knowledge ahead of time by thinking about what God has revealed to be able to make other believers understand for convincing disbelievers.
“Reclining on the raised coaches, they feel neither intense heat nor bitter cold therein. Its shade covers them closely, and its bunch of fruits is absolutely within their reach.” 76: 13, 14
متکئن فیهاعلی الارئک لایرون فیهاشمسا ولازمهریراً. ودانیه علیهم ظلالهاوذللت قطوفهاتذلیلا.
Fetuses have exactly the same situation, they are reclining on the amniotic fluid (like a water bed), the darkness of the womb covers them, they feel neither cold nor heat (37 degree centigrade of heat), and their food (nutritive blood) is always at their reach.
“And their Lord makes them drink but a pure drink.” 76: 21
وسقیهم ربهّم شراباً طهوراً.
As the Lord gives the residents of Paradise to drink a pure drink, the same Lord has designed that normal fetuses should be nourished pure blood until their full growth through the umbilical cord.
“The special servants of God directly drink from camphor (a fountain in Paradise), and they make it overflow as they need and wish.” 76: 6
عیناً یشرب بهاعبادالله یفجّرنونها تفجیرا.ً
Camphor is a stimulant which accelerates activities, it is also a fountain in Paradise of which the special servants of God cause it to overflow as they wish and need; likewise saliva glands in our mouth which secret their fluid whenever we need for food digestion. As healthy fetuses need constant blood flow for their steady growth by God’s plan, the servant of God make camphor flow as they need; and as exactly when we get excited and shed tears in unexpected grief or joy through lacrimal glands.
“So whenever you look deeply into this situation, you will find it actually a great kingdom.” 76: 20
واذارایت ثمّ رایت نعیماً وملکاً کبیراً.
“In fact, this situation is a reward for you, when attempting righteousness is paid with a praiseworthy reward.” 76: 22
انّ هذاکان لکم جزاء وکان سعیکم جزاء مشکورا.
Therefore the righteous parents deserve having healthy new born, the righteous people in this life deserve living in Paradise with all kinds of bliss too.
A brief description of Paradise and Hell Fire for their related residents
“When death comes to one of disbelievers he will say, ‘My Lord, send me back that I may do what I have left undone. By no means, it is just a useless word to say, while Barzak (barrier) pursues them until the Day they will be raised. And when the trumpet is blown no relationship on that Day will exist among them, nor will they ask from each other. Thus those whose scale is heavy will be successful, and those whose scale is light will be losers, abiding in Hell forever. The Fire scorches their faces which are shrunk and wrinkled in Fire. Were My revelations not recited to you while you kept rejecting them? Confessing they will say, ‘O our Lord! A misery prevailed on us and we were stray people. Our Lord! Take us out of it, and if we return to misery again, we surely will be unjust. God will say, ‘get-out and shut up and do not talk to Me.” 23: 99- 108
حتی اذاجاء احدهم الموت، قال رب ارجعون لعلّی اعمل صالحامماترکت، کلاّ انهّا کلمه هوقائلها، ومن ورائهم برزخ الی یوم یبعثون. فاذانفخ فی الصورفلاانساب یومئذ ولایتسائلون. فمن ثقلت موازینه فاولئک هم المفلحون ومن خفّت موازینه فاولئک الذین خسرواانفسهم فی جهنم خالدون. تلفح وجوههم الناروهم فیهاکالحون. الم تکن آیاتی تتلی علیکم فکنتم بهاتکذبون؟ قالواربنّا غلبت علیناشقوتناوکناّ قوماضالین. ربنااخرجنامنهافان عدنافاناّظالمون. قال اخسئوافیهاولاتکلمون.
“Truly those who said, ‘Our Lord is God and were honest on their idea, the angels will come down upon them, saying do not be afraid or be grieved, and rejoice of the good news of the Garden with which you were promised. We are your guardians in this life and the life to come and whatever you desire therein will be yours, and whatever you ask for therein will be yours. This is a descending-place from the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.” 41: 30- 32
انّ الذین فالواربنّاالله ثم استقاموا، تتنزّل علیهم الملائکه الاتخافواولاتحزنواوابشروابالجنّه التی کنتم توعدون، نحن اولیائکم فی الحیوه الدنیاوفی الاخره ولکم فیهاماتشتهی انفسکم ولکم ماتدعوّن نزلامن غفوررحیم.
Primary guidance versus secondary misguidance
The following verses prove that the primary guidance has ever been from God, the Creator of the universe and the Lord, the Nurture of the whole world, as the primary misguidance is always from man himself. There is no compulsion to admit religion and man has a choice to make decision for belief or disbelief. Since God ahead of time knows who will believe and who won’t, He has paved the road for him to be successful in his decision, while knowing God does not necessarily means urging (forcing) him to believe or disbelieve. It is just like a teacher who teaches all students equally but, by the trend (tendency) of them for study, he can guess before taking final taste which student will succeed and which one will fail. If he believes, God the Most Compassionate will show him, through personal inspiration and sending messengers, to have more insight in his chosen way; if not, God will let him go by his own whims. But since man is not perfect and lazy to attempt difficult religious tasks, he is usually inclined to the easiest and more pleasurable way of life which takes him to go astray. So the secondary guidance and primary misguidance is the result of man’s decision. If he believes and stands firmly on the right path, he will receive more support from God to reach his ultimate goal and become firm in his way, but if he insists on his disbelief, he will go further in his misguidance. Thus God does never mislead servants primarily. Therefore, it is clear that the share of man to be rightly guided is only 33% while the share of God to guide him reach his goal is 67%, while the share of man who misleads himself is 66%, while the share of God for his primary guidance is not more than 33%.
“The Qur'an is nothing but a reminder for the world, and those among you who wish to go straight, but you do not wish unless God, the Lord of the world wills.” 81: 27-29
ان هوالاّذکرللعالمین، لمن شاء منکم ان یستقیم وماتشائون الاۀ ان یشاء الله ربّ العالمین.
“Surely God is not ashamed to give an example of a mosquito or above it. Those who believe know that everything from their Lord is true, but those who disbelieve would say,’ what does God mean by this example with which misleads many and with which guides many? But they should know that God does not mislead any except the wicked (those whose trend is diverting from the right path).
انّ الله لایستحی ان یضرب مثلامابعوضه فمافوقها، فاماّ الذین آمنوافیعلمون انهّ الحق من ربهم واماّ الذین کفروافیقولون ماذاارادالله بهذامثلایضلّ به کثیراویهدی به کثیراومایضلّ به الاّالفاسقین.
Since there is no compulsion for the admittance of religion, most people avoid putting religious duties into practice for the sake of their laziness and procrastination on different levels. Therefore ordinary people differ religiously from each other; unless God has special mercy upon distinguished ones to remain steadily and honestly on the right path to be perfect role-models for them.
“Had your Lord willed, certainly all people living on earth would have believed. O prophet! Would you force people against their will until they become believers?” 10: 99
ولوشاء ربک لآمن من فی الارض جمیعا، افانت تکره الناس حتی یکونوامومنین؟
“Had your Lord willed, certainly he would have made people a single nation, but the level of faith acceptance and its practice among them greatly differ, except upon whom God has had mercy, that is why He created them to stand firm in faith.” 11: 118, 119
ولوشاء ربک لجعل الناس امه واحده ولایزالون مختلفین الاّ من رحم ربک ولذلک خلقهم.
Is man created in vain?
A wise man is the one who always displays his providence by providing everything for future needs. Ants as insects, living in highly organized colonies, by their inborn instinct granted by God, are wise enough to gather seeds during summer for cold winter when seeds are all covered by snow or washed by rains. Creating a universe with its wonderful cadence (flow of rhythm), and creating man’s body with its sophistication but amazing harmony among its systems which works years and years without adjustment prove that an All-Wise Creator must be involved. Therefore how can agree such a thoughtful Creator, with amazing consideration about the whole world, has created humans just for enjoyment; with no true reward in return for their right or wrong deeds? Every day without fail most people improve their knowledge just for self-indulgence and having unrestricted gratification of their desires; while day-in and day-out their spiritualities fall down gradually. Certainly cheating people to get more benefit, oppressing others, robbing people’s rights, practicing injustice against fellow creatures, and killing innocent people prevalent among the so-called civilized people among Muslims society who kill their coreligionists will not be left without punishment in an absolute court of justice. Do you believe is it justice to decree capital punishment for a criminal who kills thousands people by bombing and another criminal who commits one murder? Do judges or eye-witnesses know the intention of those indicted for testimony? Can they exactly promulgate they are innocent or guilty? How many innocent were executed erroneously while how many real criminals evaded by deceit and cleverness? Therefore absolute justice would never be executed in this world. Consequently a Day of Judgment must be at work when the Judge is God, who is well-informed about the innermost ideas of people and cognizant of their intentions; so there will be no opportunity for anyone to evade from true justice. If the so-called Muslims killing innocent people were conscious about their incumbent duties, or if they were true believers, or they knew about God’s absolute justice; they would never have committed such crimes recklessly to perpetrate killing every day as easy as drinking water. In fact, these questionable Muslims have proved they do not believe in the Day of Judgment and God’s absolute Justice by their everywhere wrong doings. In addition when God has appointed man as His successor on earth, he must be responsible for his actions. Therefore an absolute justice on the Day of Judgment must be at work. Meanwhile a minority of people painstakingly is self-discipline to keep spirituality, observe others’ rights, and very cautious not to deceive nor abuse nor overcharge others Can we believe these two groups should be treated equally with no discretion?
“O man, how could you deny the Day of Judgment, after knowing that those who keep their nature (excellent assessment) will be awarded with non-stopping reward, but those who disregard their nature, Will be rendered to the rock-bottom (the lowest level of the low). Is not God the Master of all judges to penalize with no injustice? 95: 7, 8
فمایکذبکّ بعدبالدّین؟ الیس الله باحکم الحاکمین؟
“Our Lord, indeed you know whatever we conceal and declare, while nothing on earth, nor in the heavens is hidden from God.”
ربّناانّک تعلم مانخفی ومانعلن ومایخفی علی الله من شیئ فی الارض ولافی السماء.
“Does man think that he will be left in vain (uncontrolled)? 75: 36
ایحسب الانسان ان یترک سدی؟
“Did you take into consideration that We created you in vain and that you will not be returned to Us for reckoning? 23: 115
افحسبتم انّماخلقناکم عبثا وانّکم الینالاترجعون؟
“Do people think that they will be left just by saying “We believed” without being put into taste? Surely We tasted those who were before them and surely God will make known those who were truthful and those who were liars.” 29: 2, 3
احسب الناس ان یترکوا ان یقولوا آمنّاوهم لایفتنون؟ ولقدفتنّا الذین من قبلهم فلیعامّن الله الذین صدقوا ولیعلمّن الکاذبین.
“Certainly We will then ask those to whom messengers were sent, and certainly We will also ask the sent messengers. Certainly We will then relate (tell the story of) them with perfect knowledge because We were never absent. ” 7: 6, 7
فلنسئلّن الذین ارسل علیهم ولنسئلّن المرسلین، فلنقصّن علیهم بعلم وماکناّ غائبین.
“And We did not create the heavens and earth and everything between them in vain. That is the opinion of those who believe; thus woe (deep sorrow) to those who disbelieve for the punishment of Fire. Or do they think We treat those who believe and do good deeds like the corrupt on earth, or do We treat the devoted like the wicked? 38: 27, 28
وماخلقناالسماء والارض ومابینهماباطلا، ذلک ظنّ الذین کفروا. فویل للذین کفروامن النار. ام نجعل الذین آمنواوعملواالصالحات کالمفسدین فی الارض، ام نجعل المتقین کالفجاّر؟
“Do those who commit evil consider that We make them like those who believe and do good deeds, and do they consider their life and death are equal? What an evil judgment is this? And as God created the heavens and the earth with truth, He created the Resurrection to recompense every soul according to what it has earned without the least injustice.” 45: 21, 22
ام حسب الذین اجترحواالسیئات ان نجعلهم کالذین آمنواوعملواالصالحات سواء محیاهم ومماتهم ساء مایحکمون. وخلق السموات والارض بالحق ولتجزی کل نفس بماکسبت وهم لایظلمون.
What is the purpose (the object of) man’s creation?
In a Sacred Hadith, God Himself said,’ O Adam’s children! Indeed I created everything of the world for your sake, but I created you for Myself to come back to Me, after being molded of My pattern.
یابنی آدم انّی خلقت الاشیاء العالم لاجلک وخلقتک لاجلی.
According to another sacred Hadith, God the Most High said, ‘I was an absolutely hidden treasure, but I willed to be known, thus I created man to be known.
کنت کنزامخفیّا، فاحببت لکی اعرف فخلقت الخلق لآن اعرف.
Imam Hussein (AS) said, ‘God did not create servants but to recognize Him; and serve Him when they recognized Him, and by serving Him they will be in no need of serving other creatures.
ما خلق الله عباده الاّ ان یعرفوه، واذاعرفوه عبدوه، واذاعبدوه استغنوابعبادته عن عباده المخلوق.
O Moses! You stayed years among the people of Madyan, then you came back with lots of experience and knowledge, and I made you pure (brought you up) for Myself to be a right model for people.” 20: 40, 41
فلبثت سنین فی اهل مدین ثم جئت علی قدریاموسی، واصطنعتک لنفسی.
Once God, the Most High said to Moses to be His love broker between Him and His creatures. How can I be, Moses asked? Show the hidden blessings of Mine (Aalaa) to My servants, God replied. Once realizing My Mercy and Compassion toward themselves, they will obey My instructions through mutual love. Earnestly serving me alone, I will increase blessings to them, and they never forget Me and My instructions. And you should know, if you can bring back just one of runaway servants not praying nor fasting to Me, I will reward you of one hundred years daily fast and nightly prayers. This dialogue displays the range of God’s Grace toward servants and their negligence toward Creator.
Highness Ali (AS) has made this colorful expression in his famous prayer known as (Morning Prayer). O Allah! If you had not begun from the very beginning a good-luck for me, through your Mercy; who else could have put me on a distinct path; and if your Patience had committed me to the guide of my vain desires, who else then could have discharged the false-step of my caprice? And if Your Support had let me alone to fight against my soul and Devil, surely Your abandonment would put me in charge of hardship and poverty.
الهی ان لم تبتدئنی الرحمه منک بحسن التوفیق، فمن السالک بی الیک فی واضح الطریق. وان اسلمتنی اناتک لقائدالامل والمنی، فمن المقیل عثراتی من کبواه الهوی. وان خذلنی عندمحاربه النفس والشیطان، فقدوگلنی خذلانک الی حیث النصب والحرمان.
Imam Ali (AS) says: O Allah! Perfectly separate me from others to yourself, and furnish the eyes of my heart with a sort of light with which I can look at your beauty, so that the eyes of heart can tear the veils of lights in order to connect me to your Great source of your Greatness and my soul gets dependent to the Might of Your Sacredness.
اللهی هب لی کمال الانقطاع الیک وانرابصارقلوبنا بضیاءنظرهاالیک، حتی تخرق ابصارالقلوب حجب النورفتصّل الی معدن العظمه وتصیرارواحنامعلقّه بعزّ قدسک.
God’s signs
Signs routinely apply for different purposes. Sometimes they convey instructions, bear information, give direction or suggest the presence of facts. Most of the times signs use to warn people about the consequence of their behaviors, urge them to think seriously through different ways about the Resurrection Day, and often they deal with various people such as knowledgeable, the faithful, criminals, disbelievers to alert them more. According to Quranic language there are two sorts of signs. Natural signs indicate the outside world such as the sun, moon, earth, plants, animals, mountains, and etc. But legislative signs consist mainly of special individuals whom God, the Most Merciful has sent as Prophets to inform people from God in truth, or as Messengers which has singled them out by revelation and preferred them over the world by special mission to show people the right way of life, or as Imam by His special Grace and Mercy to make people reach their right goal. Therefore one of God’s signs is humans on two accounts: Man, in general, is a natural sign, because his body is the best and easiest criteria for research to prove the unknown through the known. But special humans like prophets, messengers and Imams are all considered as His legislative signs. Although God’s voice has ever been in the heart’s ear, there is no heart to hear God’s voice.
آوازخدا،همیشه درگوش دل است کودل که دهد، گوش بآوازخدا؟
“And no sign from their Lord’s signs comes to them unless they turn back from it.” 36: 46
وماتاتیهم من آیه من آیات ربهم الاکانواعنهامعرضین.
“And this way We classify the signs that the way of criminals become clear.”
وکذلک نفصّل الآیات ولتستبین سبیل المجرمین.
“And We change the signs that they may turn back to Us.” 46: 27
وصرّفناالآیات لعلهّم یرجعون.
Natural sings:
“And there are natural sings on earth for those who are certain, and within yourselves, will you not seen then?” 51: 20, 21
وفی الارض آیات للموقنین، وفی انفسکم افلا تبصرون؟
“And how many signs in the heavens and earth passing day and night (given to them) yet they turn away from them heedlessly.” 12: 105
وکاّین من آیه فی السموات والارض یمروّن علیهاوهم عنهامعرضون .
“He is the one who shows you the lightening as a source of fear and hope and brings the heavy loaded clouds into being.”
Legislative sign:
A human can be a natural sign when his anatomy or physiology is referred to, but when the Devine mission is in mind, he will be a legislative sign.
“Or did you consider that the seven sleepers of the cave and Inscription were only Our wonderful signs?” 18: 8
ام حسبت انّ اصحاب الکهف والرقیم کانوامن آیاتناعجبا؟
In fact, human beings can be both a natural as well as a legislative sign. When he is thinking about the anatomy or physiology of his body, a natural sign is considered, but when conveying Devine message comes to mind, it will be a legislative sign.
“Truly in the heavens and earth are natural signs for believers. In your creation and what He has spread of animals on earth (like caribou in Greenland, camels in desert and elephants in Africa), there are natural signs for the people of certainty. And I the alteration of the night and day, and what God sends from the heaven as provision by which revives the land after its death, and in the distribution of winds are all natural signs for the people who understand.” 45: 2-5
انّ فی السموات والارض لآیات للمومنین. وفی خلقکم ومایبّث من دابّه آیات لقوم یوقنون. واختلاف الیل والنهاروماانزل الله من السماء من رزق فاحیابه الارض بعدموتهاوتصریف الریاح آیات لقوم یعقلون. .
Why dispatching messengers and sending scriptures were necessary?
The fundamental truths on the basis of which God has made human nature are firmed rules which never change. These rules secure good-fortune not misfortune, guarantee hospitality not hostility, emphasize helping each other not opposing one another, encourage vigilance not negligence, acquire honesty not dishonesty, endorse moderation not immoderation, advocate knowledge not ignorance, necessitate public justice not wide spread oppression, and endorse all-purpose welfare under the auspice of one God (monotheism), prophecy and the Resurrection Day. One should consider hose who intend to keep human’s characters should practically stick to these rules, because submission to these rules makes them Muslims, while practicing them on daily basis builds them believers, but those who strictly follow these rules and nothing else will be truly devoted. In fact, the harmony between human nature (his creation), and God’s lawmaking (legislation) is considered orthodox Monotheism. And only this kind of monotheism can develop real happiness for humans.
“Thus set up your face toward the religion of truths (Orthodox). It is the nature of God (natural tendency) upon which created all people. Since there is no change in the creativity of God, this is a straightened religion, but most people do not know.” 30: 30
فاقم وجهک للدین حنیفا، فطرت الله التی فطرالناس علیها، لاتبدیل لخلق الله، ذلک الدین القیّم، ولکنّ اکثرالناس لا یعلمون.
As a rule of thumb, when people stand aloof from their true nature, be amused (occupied) with the deceiving outside of this world only, and totally forget the Day of Judgment the pranks (tricks) of this world will fasten them with the ropes of various deceptions. And real losers are those who just stick to material aspects of this life because lack of belief in God, rejecting His messengers and denying the Day of Judgment make them bold (imprudent) to meet unexpectedly all sorts of unpleasant consequences. It is only under the shelter of Devine instructions that people can get real happiness, because uneducated man (not rightly guided by true spiritual leaders) have not enough insight to distinguish true rights from real wrongs. That is why dispatching messengers and sending scriptures from Devine are incumbent to drive people to the right path of life.
“People only take care of the outward of this world, while they are totally oblivious of the hereafter.” 30: 6
یعلمون ظاهرامن الحیوه الدنیاوهم عن الآخره هم غافلون.
My precious life is consumed (be destroyed) to see what should I eat in summer and wear in winter.
عمرگرانمایه دراین صرف شد تاچه خورم صیف وچه پوشم شتاء
“And what We have sent down from the Qur’an is a (physical and spiritual) cure and mercy to the believers while it increases nothing but a total loss to the unjust.” 17: 82
وننزّل من القرآن ماهو شفاء ورحمه للمومنین ولایزید الظالمین الاّ خسارا.
To deny Devine instructions and be satisfied with primary uneducated nature will bring about nothing but total loss for oneself and ordeals (painful experiences) for others.
The Most Compassionate God has always prepared some tangible things (touched or felt by senses) to make us understand spiritual cases and have a concrete image of it in mind, provided humans think deeply about what is going on in nature. Of such categories are comparing fetal life with life in Paradise, likening of a piece of diamond with the purity of the prophet, the similarity between firmly-established-in-knowledge with deep-rooted plants, and etc.
The following analogy may help us to understand better the relation between ordinary people and spiritual leaders (firmly-established-in- knowledge), and this analogy will remind us how people can get all-purpose benefits from them. But this analogy cannot express exactly all-the-way through this comparison. This is because such analogy implies the material aspect of relations between plants only, while the relation between firmly-established-in-knowledge and regular people is mostly spiritual. Clover, Buckwheat, alfalfa, winter rye, as cover crops (green manure), grow deep into the soil to protect it from erosion and enhance its fertility by producing more nitrogen and bringing up more minerals from the deep soil to the surface to make them available to their adjacent plants. Though deep-rooted (firmly fixed) plants are very similar to the people of firmly-established in knowledge; they differ from each other quite well. That is deep-rooted plants (like covers) are materially helpful for a few years (up to 7 years) to shallow-rooted plants (like sweet basils) adjacent to them, while there is no antagonism (mutual enmity) between them. In other words, shallow-rooted most willingly appreciate every help from deep-rooted plants, so they grow very well beside them until their due deadline. Considering sweet basils and clovers growing beside each other; one would realize that sweet basils look light green, and plucking them is very easy; whereas clover looks dark green and its plucking is very difficult for its very deep roots.
Not only are firmly established in knowledge good patterns with all-purpose benefit for people around the world contemporary to them, but for people coming into this world later as well. As deep-rooted plants are very resistant to severe weather conditions such as prolong dry weather, long hot days, and land infertility just for helping other plants with shallow roots; the deep-seated-in-knowledge withstand strongly against their own whims, world’s deceptive tricks, and Devil’s insinuations for helping other people with shallow faith in God. But these two groups among others are the special make of God for their specific duties, as the heart and brain are special organs among other organs of the body for their specific and critical roles. So those who are deep-seated-in-knowledge are very reliable source for people to teach them excellent conduct, nice talk, indulgence but not sweet talk (flattery), true devotion, real honesty, useful knowledge, earnest humility and sincere hospitality. Therefore they are God’s authoritative sources over regular people to rescue them from ignorance and the confusion of perversity and all other wrong doings. They warn them that this world should not be their goal but the hereafter as fetal period is not the goal but a transitional phase for living in this world. This world is nothing but a farm land for future life. As a physically underdeveloped fetus (not fully developed) is not qualified to live perfectly in this world, the one who is not spiritually developed in this world will not be capable for a good life in the hereafter, because humans consist of two different parts “body and mind”, both of which must be fully developed to have success in both lives.
Unfortunately despite receiving all these benefits from those deeply-established in knowledge, and their earnest sympathy with people ignorance and their serious taking care of them with tender love, and direct order of God to consider them in a specific way of sincere love, most people not only fail to love them in return; but when these spiritual leaders came to them, people compelled them to silence, or denied, hated or even persecuted and killed them.
Some samples of such unfavorable (notorious) relationship
1-“Surely a messenger of yourselves has come to you; what afflict you costly affects him, he is greedy for your welfare and right guidance, and he is compassionate and merciful toward the faithful.” 9: 128
لقدجائکم رسول من انفسکم عزیزعلیه ماعنتّم، حریص علیکم، بالمومنین رئوف رحیم.
2-“Receiving their messengers with clear signs, people put messengers’ hands on their mouths indicating indirectly that you should be silent, and said, ‘indeed we disbelieve in what you are sent with. And most surely we seriously doubt in what you invite us.” 14: 9
جائتهم رسلهم بالبیناّت فردوّا ایدیهم فی افواههم وقالوااناّکفرنابماارسلتم به وانّالفی شکّ ممّاتدعوننا الیه مریب.
3-“When their messengers came to them with clear revelations, they were pleased with their selfishness of the knowledge they had, and the very same things, they used to ridicule embraced them.” 40: 83
فلماّ جائتهم رسلهم بالبیناّت فرحوابماعندهم من العلم وحاق بهم ماکانوابه یستهزئون.
“And why should we not trust in God, while He has guided us to our paths and certainly we will patiently bear what you persecute us. In God all trusters should trust.”
ومالناالاّنتوکل علی الله وقدهدیناسبلناولنصبرّن علی ماآذیتمونا، وعل الله فلیتوکل المتوکلون.
4-“You will see, on that Day the unjust worried about what they have earned will haunt them, while those who believed and did good deeds are in the meadows of Paradise. Whatever they wish is with their Lord, and this is a great grace. This is the good news which God gives to His servants those who believe and do good deeds. Say, O prophet! I do not ask you any reward for my mission except the love for my relative, and whoever commits good deed, We increase good result therein; surely God is Oft-Forgiving, the Most Grateful.” 42: 22, 23
تری الظالمین مشفقین مماکسبواوهوواقع بهم، والذین آمنواوعملواالصالحات فی روضات الجناّت، لهم مایشائون عندربهم، ذلک هوالفضل الکبیر. ذلک الذی یبشرّالله الذین آمنواوعملواالصالحات، قل لا اسئلکم علیه اجراًالاالموده فی القربی، ومن یقترف حسنه نزدله فیهاحسنا، انّ الله غفورشکور.
As God, the Most Compassionate has observed all due surveillances to keep all physical living conditions on earth safe from damaging effect of nuclear energy in order His creatures live on earth conveniently. He has considered necessary conditions, all the same to protect the moral aspect for guiding His servants with no ambiguity. As He has made the earth atmosphere, through ozone layer, a protecting ceiling for creatures, He also protected His messengers to receive Devine revelations without any corruption and sabotage whether before receiving or through delivering them.
Revealing messages regarding earth protecting canopy:
“And We made the heaven a protecting ceiling (canopy), yet people turn away from its signs.”
وجعلناالسماء سقفامحفوظا، وهم عن آیاتهامعرضون.
“Surely We adorned the earth atmosphere (the nearest heaven) with the decoration of stars, and a protection against every rebellious devil.” 37: 6, 7
اناّ زیّنا السماء الدنیابزینه الکواکب، وحفظامن کلّ شیطان مارد.
The authenticity of the prophet
“Thus the Knower of the unseen does not reveal His secret to anyone except for whom of messengers He chooses. Truly He makes a watchdog (to watch out closely and secretly) to pursue before and after them, for any distortion and change, to make sure that they certainly deliver their Lord’s messages, while He knows all that is with them and counts the number of everything.” 72: 26-28
عالم الغیب فلایظهرعلی غیبه احداً الامن ارتضی من رسول فانّه یسلک بین یدیه ومن خلفه رصداً لیعلم آن قدابلغوارسالات ربهم واحاط بمالدیهم واحصی کلّ شیئ عدداً.
“And We did not send before you any messenger or prophet without having the devil to cast away in his wish. But Thus God invalidates what Devil casts away, then God makes perfect His revelation; verily God is All-Knowing, All-Wise.” 22” 52
وماارسلنامن قبلک من رسول ولانبّی الااذاتمنّی القی الشیطان فی امنیّته فینسخ الله مایلقی الشیطان ثم یحکم الله آیاته،، والله علیم حکیم.
This verse proves how God neutralizes Devil’s casts and makes perfect His revelation.
“I swear by what you see and what you do not see. Verily the Qur'an is the word of the most honored messenger, not the word of a poet, rarely do you believe; nor the word of a soothsayer, rarely do you keep in mind. This is a gradual sending down from the Lord of the universe. If the prophet fabricates some words not revealed against Us, certainly We will take him by force, then certainly We will cut his aorta, while none of you could screen him from Us, and really it is a reminder for the devoted.” 69: 38-48
فلااقسم بماتبصرون ومالاتبصرون انّه لقول رسول کریم، ومابقول شاعرقلیلاماتومنون، ولابقول کاهن قلیلاماتذکروّن، تنزیل من رب العالمین، ولوتقوّل علینابعض الاقاویل، لاخذنامنه بالیمین، ثمّ لقطعنامنه الوتین، فمامنکم من احدعنه حاجزین وانّه لتذکره للمتقین.
“And your companion (Mohammad) is not lunatic (crazy). And indeed he (Mohammad) saw Gabriel on the clear horizon, while he (Mohammad) is not sparing the unseen, nor is the Qur'an the word of stoned Devil. Thus where are you going? And the Qur'an is nothing but a reminder for the whole world, for those of you who wish to go straight, but you do not wish unless what the Lord of the universe wills.” 81: 22-29
وماصاحبکم بمجنون، ولقدرآه بالافق المبین، وماهوعلی الغیب بضنین، وماهوبقول شیطان رجیم، فاین تذهبون؟ ان هوالاّ ذکرللعالمین، لمن شاء منکم ان یستقیم، وماتشائون الاان یشاء الله رب العالمین.
“Soon We make you recite the Qur'an and We enable you to read it correctly and properly without forgetting it and promulgate (make it known officially) it without being distorted as it was revealed unless what God wills and does otherwise.” 87: 6, 7
سنقرئک فلاتنسی، الاّ ماشاء الله.
Comparing educating system of renowned medical schools with that of Islam
To maintain their fame, board of administration of renowned schools of medicine selects the people of the highest level of knowledge as their teaching staff. As a rule, the board of trustee of top schools of medicine selects three kinds of professors of the highest rank for their educating program as researchers, teaching and training professors. Researchers are systematically engaged in trial-and-error to find a desired result. Finding the best solution in the field of medicine, research professors authorize teaching professors to teach those theories of observed phenomena to medical students. After the completion of all theoretical studies, students become qualified to be trained by related professor for practical medicine. Educating program in schools of medicine is exactly the same as in Islamic educating program, though there are some differences between the two systems. The administrator board of medical schools consisting of human beings is always liable to commit mistake, be deceived or be strongly affecter by the influential for choosing the best students on the one side, and selecting their educating staffs on the other side. In addition educating staffs have doing only with the material aspect of medicine without being concerned with who has created such sophisticated body with such amazing biology, physiology, anatomy, and etc.
On the contrary, in the monotheistic faith there is no board of trustee or management but God, the All-Knowing appoints His teaching group at His own discretion from one type of high standard faith with Devine knowledge granted to them to be able to teach people properly in every aspect of life whether spiritual or material. Therefore His appointees are the most qualified to deliver Devine message without any possible scratch.
“God knows exactly who is best qualified for delivering His message.” 6: 124
الله اعلم حیث یجعل رسالته.
The character of one of His appointees to teach Moses (AS) is in the following verse:
“Moses and his companion found one of Our servants whom We blessed with Mercy and bestowed upon him from Our Knowledge.” 18: 65
فوجداعبدامن عبادناآتیناه رحمه من عندنا وعلمناّه من لدنا علما.
“Messengers said to their people, ‘We are no more than humans like you, but God bestows upon whomever of His servants He wills, so it is not right for us to bring any miracle except by God’s permission, and in God believers should put their trust.”
قالت لهم رسلهم ان نحن الاّبشرمثلکم ولکنّ الله یمنّ علی من یشاء من عباده وماکان لنا ان ناتیکم بسلطان الاّباذن الله وعلی الله فلیتوکل المومنون.
Some of the he nearest’ characters
No regular man can describe or tell about the characters of the nearest ones because this is the business of none of them, and the nearest should describe another nearest one. Here are some their characters revealed by the word of God.
“Let be there a community of outstanding people among you who invite mankind to what is good, advocate goodness and forbid evil, and these are the successful ones.” 3: 104
ولتکن منکم امه یدعون لی الخیرویامرون بالمعروف وینهون عن المنکرواولیک هم المفلحون.
“You are the best community ever been raised to mankind while advocating goodness, forbidding evil and believing in God.” 3: 110
کنتم خیرامهّ اخرجت للناس، تامرون بالمعروف وتنهون عن المنکروتومنون بالله.
“And We made them Imams (spiritual leaders) to guide people by Our command, and We revealed them to do good, establish prayers, give alms and to Us, were devoted worshippers. 21: 73
وجعلناهم ائمهّ یهدون بامرنا واوحینا الیهم فعل الخیرات واقام الصلوه وایتاء الزکوه، وکانوالناعابدین
However the Qur'an, as a collection of clear signs, is in the chest of those who have been granted knowledge. 29: 49
بل هو آیات بیناّت فی صدورالذین اوتوالعلم.
Surely those who say, ‘our Lord is God and persevere despite all difficulties, will have no fear for future, nor they grieve for their past. 46: 13
انّ الذین قالوا ربنا الله ثمّ استقاموا لاخوف علیهم ولاهم یحزنون.
Surely God has bestowed His Favor upon believers raising among them an apostle from themselves to precisely recite His revelations to them, and purify and teach them the Book and wisdom; though they were openly astray. 3: 164
لقد منّ الله علی المومنین اذبعث فیهم رسولامن انفسهم یتلواعلیه آیاته ویزکیهم ویعلمهم الکتاب والحکمه وان کانوا من قبل لفی ضلال مبین.
“Verily those who believe and lead righteous life are the best creatures. Their reward with their Lord is everlasting Gardens with flowing streams within which they will live forever. While God is well-pleased with them, they are also well-pleased with Him and this is for those who reverence (have deep respect, love and awe for) their Lord.” 98: 8, 9
انّ الذین آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات اولئک هم خیرالبریهّ، جزائهم عندربهم جناّت عدن تجری من تحتها الانهارخالدین فیها ابداً، رضی الله عنهم ورضوا عنه، ذلک لمن خشی ربّه.
“Surely those who feel anxiety for fear of their Lord, believe in the revelations of their Lord, never associate anything with their Lord, and give of what given and whose hearts are full of fear that they will return to their Lord; rush to do good thing, and in attaining them, they compete to be the foremost (in time, place and rank).” 23:
انّ الذین هم من خشیه ربهم مشفقون، والذین هم بآیات ربهم یومنون، والذین هم بربهم لایشرکون، والذین یوتون ماآتواوقلوبهم وجله انّهم الی ربهم راجعون. اولئک یسارعون فی الخیرات وهم لها سابقون.
“Haven’t you considered how God set forth an example of a good word (loyalty in God’s unity) like a good tree whose root is firmly fixed and its branches are in the heaven, yielding its fruit at any moment as permitted by its Lord? And God speaks in examples for people that they may reflect. And the example of bad word (disloyalty in God) is like a bad three uprooted from the earth which has no stability. God routinely strengthens those who believe with a strong conviction of faith in this life and in the hereafter (from the death throughout the hereafter), but God usually leaves the unjust go stray. And God does whatever He wills.” 14: 24-27
الم ترکیف ضرب الله مثلا کلمه طیّبه کشجره طیّبه اصلهاثابت وفرعهافی السماء توتی اکلها کلّ حین باذن ربها، ویضرب الله الامثال للناس لعلهم یتذّکرون. ومثل کلمه خبیثه کشجره خبیثه اجتثّت من فوق الارض مالهامن قرار. یثّبت الله الذین آمنوابالقول الثابت فی الحیوه الدنیاوفی الآخره، ویضّل الله الظالمین ویفعل الله مایشاء.
O prophet! Say, ‘This is my way to invite you to God, I and those who follow me on the basis of keen-sighted and Glory is due to God and I am not one of the polytheists.” 12: 108
قل هذه سبیلی ادعواالی الله علی بصیره اناومن اتبعنی، وسبحان الله وماانامن المشرکین.
One of the characteristics of the Qur'an is its precise (accurately stated) verses holding the essence of the scripture, and the ambiguous ones (having multiple aspects, without clear meaning). Those whose hearts are perverted follow what are similar to it seeking temptation and seeking its hidden interpretation, while none knows its hidden (essential) meaning but God and those who are firmly-established in knowledge, continuously say, ‘we believe in it, all is from our Lord. 3: 7
هوالذی انزل علیک الکتاب منهآیات محکمات هنّ امّ الکتاب وآخرمتشابهات، فاماّالذین فیقلوبهم زیغ فیتبعون ماتشابه منه ابتغاء الفتنه وابتغاء تاویله وماتاویله الاّ الله والراسخون فی العلم یقولون آمنّابه کلّ من عندربنا.
Why the presence of the nearest ones is necessary after the seal of the prophets?
No human society would ever be truly functional if its structure is unanimously made of one solid texture. If people are all rich, life in such community will be disordered because none will work for others, while no one is self-sufficient to live by his own. When people are all poor, no capital account will be invested in different businesses to hire people for public services, again such a community will be deficient. Since humans are doomed to life symbiosis, they need to live together with mutual cooperation, and they must have different skills in order to meet each other’s needs. That is why God, the Most High has granted various talents (natural ability) in different people to be capable of living together.
“Do people distribute your Lord’s Mercy, while We distribute (assign) their livelihood shares among them in this life, raising some of them over others in degrees in order to let them serve each other, but your Lord’s Mercy is far better than what they hoard.” 43” 32
اهم یقسمون رحمت ربک؟ نحن قسمنابینهم معیشتهم فی الحیوه الدنیا، ورفعنابعضهم فوق بعض لیتخذّ بعضهم بعضاسخریا، ورحمت ربک خیرممایجمعون.
Human limbs can do every work smoothly and conveniently for they are anatomically and functionally absolutely well arranged. If they were made of a solid bones or muscles they would never work at all and would be good for nothing. But since they consists of bones, muscles, joints, arteries, veins; sensory, motor and automatic nervous system; and skin; they work perfectly; provided their building organs accurately work mutually and reciprocally with each other to secure strong, smooth and effective function. But if any of these organs is missing, or does not working properly, or not helping such limbs would never work perfectly as one would expect. In other words, when a series of muscles contract, their antagonist muscles must relax to make arm movement very smooth; and when running, automatic nervous system must dilate arteries to supply more blood and oxygen for the required energy. Human communities should be exactly the same, and their individuals should help one another materially, physically and spiritually, otherwise such communities would be doomed to die away. The rich should honestly ensure the poor livelihood in return of their honest work until their society find a well-balanced procedure. Men and wives should cooperate with one another seriously. Lay men and erudite, spiritual leaders and the ignorant, the youth and elderly should intimately feel earnest sympathy to each if living people in any community expect wonderful life. But for several reasons people are neither religiously conscious nor spiritually oriented to follow the Devine rules. Most people feel so arrogance to the smallest degree of acquired knowledge that they feel ashamed if they serve God. They believe belief in God would belittle their personality, disparage their prestige and lose their dignity among others. Besides they think serving God and following Devine rules was necessary for the people of the past when they had no knowledge, so they think practicing religion should be obsolete (out-of-dated) because the modern (up-to-date) world does not need religion, thus it is no longer in use. Lazy men also believe those rules are hard to be fulfilled for they feel they impede their individual freedom and they cannot discipline themselves to them all the times. Thus most people are more interested in following their own whims or pursuing devil which overwhems them with deceptive hints than submitting to Devine instructions.
As opposed to what these people with the smallest knowledge and thought believe, true intelligent people are more compliant to the truths and Devine rules. As the branches of fruit threes bearing more fruits take the lowest situation, the more knowledgeable people should be more humble to real truth and not only appreciate them but they feel fear if they do not accept truths. An inexperienced child having no idea about the risks of wild animals may thrust his hand into the cage of a leopard in zoo area, for he feels no fear from it, while an experienced one will never do like this.
“Verily only those of His servants endowed with true and useful knowledge fear God (are more cautious about their duties).” 35: 28
انمّایخشی الله من عباده العلماء.
Whether most people believe or not believe in Qur'an (God’s word) is not important, the most serious thing is that those who had granted knowledge before believe in it when the Qur'an is recited to them, sink to the ground on their chins, saying, ‘Glorious is our Lord! Indeed our Lord’s promise is done, and their humility increases while they fall down on their chins. 17: 107-109
قل آمنوابه اولاتومنوا، انّ الذین اوتوالعلم من قبله اذایتلی علیهم یخروّن للاذقان سجدّا، ویقولون سبحان ربنّاان کان وعدربناّ لمفعولاویخروّن للاذقان یبکون ویزیدهم خشوعاً.
Intelligent people seriously stick to Devine rules, realizing them bring real happiness, compatible with human nature. Keeping in mind that human body consists of the body and soul which are intimately related to one another. If the soul gives life, motion, feeling to the body, in return, the body makes the situational mood of the soul visible. A skill violinist cannot show his art beautifully when seriously depressed, nor can he play violin with a broken arm even he is in good mood. When the soul and body are so critically related to each other and soul is the vital part to animate the body, how come most people disregard their soul and take care about their body only, while the soul is more easily affected by foul situations? That is why God, the Most Compassion has never left His servants alone and punish them without having sent spiritual envoys.
“There is not right for your Lord to perish the people of mother town (metropolis) until raising within them a messenger rehearsing Our revelations to them, and We are not destroyer towns unless their people were unjust to take the wrongs and leave the rights.” 28: 59
وماکان ربک مهلک القری حتی یبعث فی امهّارسولاعلیهم آیاتناوماکنّامهلکی القری الاّواهلها ظالمون.
“Whoever is rightly guided is indeed rightly guided for his own-self and whoever goes astray he indeed goes against his own-self. No sinner will bear the sin of another, nor We ever chastise any until sending a messenger.”
من اهتدی فانماّ یهتدی لنفسه ومن ضلّ فانمّایضل علیها ولاتزرووازره وزراخری وماکنّامعذبین حتی رسولا.
This is because God has exposed people to all sorts of deceptive factors and embarrassing situations such as fleeting inclinations, commanding soul to do evil, and particularly when He respited Devil not to punish immediately but authorized him to inspire people all sorts of wrong doing by his dexterity.
“Devil said, ‘Since you honored Adam over me, if you respite me until the Day of Resurrection, I will bridle (control) all his descendents, except a few. God said, ‘Get out and do whatever you want to, and truly Hell is a penalty for whoever of them who follow you as plenty of penalty. And push (incite) whomever you can with your voice and attract (gain) them with your cavalry and infantry and share with their wealth and children in unlawful way and promise them, while he does not promise but deception.” 17: 62-54
قال ارایتک هذاالذی کرّمت علیّ لئن اخرتّن الی یوم القیامه لااحتنکّن ذریته الاّقلیلا. قال فاذهب فمن تبعک منهم فانّ جهنّم جزائکم جزاء موفورا. واستفززبصوتک واجلب علیهم بخیلک ورجلک وشارکهم فی الاموال والاولادوعدهم ومایعدهم الشیطان الاّ غروراً.
Joseph (AS), the son of Jacob, a prophet for Jews said, ‘I do not exculpate (declare free from blame) myself, surely myself commands to do evil except when my Lord has had Mercy upon me; surely my Lord is the Most-Forgiver, the Most-Merciful.”
وماابرّی نفسی انّ النفس لاماره بالسوء الاّ مارحم ربّی انّ ربّی غفوررحیم.
Prophets, messengers and genuine Imams (not Imams selected by people) assigned by God’s Mercy and appointed by Him for His mission to tell people nothing but the truths, must be the top-level raised by God as Moses (AS) stated.
“And when Moses said to his people: bring God’s blessing to mind when He made prophets among you.”
واذقال موسی لقومه، یاقوم اذکروانعمت الله علیکم اذجعل فیکم انبیاء.
The nearest ones should be made separately for they have special characters far above others. Devotion which is a kind of precaution will be achieved when devotee (strongly devoted) pleases God only. And true devotion cannot be gained unless devotees observed the following conditions:
1-Complying with God’s commands without tainted with egoism (selfishness) and mixing with negligence,
2-Keeping away from His forbiddances forever,
3-Giving thanks for His blessings,
4-and forbearing ordeals (disasters),
Since the highest level of devotional loyalty to God (true devotion) is not the job of everyone indiscriminately (randomly), there are two kinds of true and relative devotion.
“Thus be devoted to God as much as you can (are able to) and listen, obey and spend your wealth in the way of God is good for you own-self; and those who protect their soul against penny-pinching are successful.” 64: 16
فاتقواالله مااستطعتم. واسمعواواطیعواوانفقواخیراًلانفسکم ومن یوق شحّ نفسه فاولئک هم المفلحون.
“O you who believe, be devoted to God as He is entitled to (has the right to), and you must not die unless you were true submitters.” 3: 102
یاایهاالذین آمنوااتقواّ الله حق تقاته ولاتموتنّ الاّوانتم مسلمون.
Willing to create Adam for the first time, the Almighty officially made known, to creatures were already created such as angels, including Devil; I am creating a man from mud. When I made him intact and blew into him of My soul, fall down prostrating before him. All angels altogether prostrated save Devil who took pride and was one of disbelievers. God said, ‘O Devil, what did prevent you from prostrating before what I created with My two hands? Did you take pride or were you of the top-level creatures?
اذقال ربک للملائکه انّی خالق بشراًمن طین. فاذاسوّیته ونفخت فیه من روحی فقعواله ساجدین. فسجدالملائکه کلهم اجمعین الاّ ابلیس استکبروکان من الکافرین. قال یاابلیس مامنعک ان تسجدلما خلقت بیدیّ استکبرت ام کنت من العالین؟
Who were the top-level of creatures in this scenario, while there was nothing created at that time except angels, Adam and Devil? And for what reason Adam was the object of all prostrators? The top-level creatures mentioned in this revelation were nothing but the light of Mohammad and his pure family (peace is due upon them) that God had made them of His light and put them in the back of Adam, because Mohammad and his noble family were the purpose of His religion. All prophets should come before them to pave the way and make some progress in God’s religion, until he (peace be upon him and his family) comes and God’s religion perfectly complete. That is why Mohammad among other apostles holding resolution (peace is due upon them all) such as Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus; has a special rank to be a messenger of the whole world, while other apostles with resolution were related to their own people. According to the Qur'an, the previous scriptures were not as perfect as the Qur'an, while this Book is the only dominating book can judge the authenticity of the previous Devine scriptures. Though it is true that all God’s apostles (representatives) are the same to promulgate the absolute unity of God of every respect, the greater number (majority) of them are prophets, and the lesser number (Minority) of them are messengers, and only five of them are messengers with resolution. Among them, Mohammad (peace is due to him and his family) is the seal of the prophets and a messenger as well as an Imam.
Supposing you are in the course of building a house, while it is not perfectly finished, living in such a house is possible as in the past people used to live in houses without being furnished with running water, private bathroom, having restroom within the building, wiring for electricity, air conditioning, and so on. It is just the same for the hose of religion that the Almighty has prepared for His creatures. His religion was not absolutely perfect until the seal of the prophets, while people could take advantages of their religions before Islam.
“God said, ‘O Moses, I have chosen you over people with My messages and words. Thus hold fast what I gave you and be one of the thankful. And We wrote for him on the tablets enough advice and detail from everything, therefore take it seriously, and order your people to hold fast to the best.” 7: 144, 145
قال یاموسی انی اصطفیتک برسلاتی وکلامی فخذماآتیتک وکن من الشاکرین. وکتبناله فی الالواح من کل شیئ موعظه وتفصیلالکل شیئ، فخذهابقوّه وامرقومک یاخذواباحسنها.
Standing position of the nearest and the class of their devotional loyalty
The chapter 76, known as “the human” is revealed to describe the special servants of God (the nearest ones), and introduce various classes (orders) of faith in God and compare them with each other. While the righteous (the devoted to God) are far beyond disbelievers, those having no faith in God), are lower than the nearest ones according to this and chapter 83, titled to “givers short measure” those who take in full measure from people but give them short measure.
I-“Surely We have prepared for disbelievers chains, shackles for the wrists and ankle, and blazing Fire.” 76: 4
اناّاعتدناللکافرین سلاسل واغلالاوسعیرا.
In fact, this verse would imply the extreme disgrace for disbelievers for various reasons.
A-There is no way for anyone to run away on the Day of Judgment from God’s kingdom, therefore shackles on the wrist and ankle are just to display disbelievers’ shame.
B-No one has prepared painful punishment for disbelievers but the made for themselves.
II-Surely the righteous usually drink from goblet tempered (mixed) with Camphor. 76: 5
انّ الابراریشربون من کاس کان مزاجهاکافورا.
“Most surely the righteous are indeed absorbed with bliss (extreme happiness). They usually watch on luxurious couches. O prophet, you will find out the radiant of bliss in their faces. The sealed (closed tightly) nectar (delicious and sweet liquid which bees suck for making honey) is given to the righteous. While its seal is musk (a strong odor secreted by male musk deer used in perfumery), the competitors should compete against each other, while the nature of this drink is from a mixture of Tasnim.” 83: 22-26
انّ الابرارلفی نعیم، علی الارئک ینظرون، تعرف فی وجوهم نظره النعیم، یسقون من رحیق مختوم ختامه مسک وفی ذلک فلیتنافس المتنافسون ومزاجه من تسنیم.
III- “Tasnim is an everlasting blessed fountain in Paradise of which only the nearest ones usually drink unmixed, whereas the drink of the righteous is a mixture with Tasnim.” 83: 28
عیناً یشرب بهاالمقربوّن.
In fact, Tasnim is an adjective similar to verb to the format of “faeel” which means to an everlasting blessed fountain, because its verb “Sanama” means to ascend to the greatest level. Thus “Tasnim” should be a highly blessed fountain which flows eternally in Paradise only for the nearest ones, while the righteous have drink mixed with Tasnim.
And this displays the standing position of the nearest one before God.
“Camphor is also a fountain in Paradise of which not only is reserved for the special servants of God to drink it unmixed but they make it overflow abundantly whenever they need.” 76: 6
عیناً یشرب بهاعبادالله یفجروّنهاتفجیراً.
The righteous are described in chapter 76, and 83, while compared with God’s special servant in chapter 76, and the nearest ones in chapter 83, thus the special servants of God must be the nearest ones, and for the following reasons the rank of the nearest ones must be higher than that of the righteous:
1-The drink of the righteous is mixed with Camphor in chapter 76, while their drink in chapter 83 is mixed with Tasnim whereas the nearest ones drink purely from the fountain of Camphor or Tasnim.
2-The righteous are given sealed drinks and they should compete with each other for their drinks, while the nearest ones drink whenever they wish directly from fountain.
3-By no means, the righteous book is surely in the “the High-level area”. And do you know what “the High-level area” is? It is a written book with definite judgment and no ambiguity, and the nearest one, through the will of God, see that place for witnessing their book.
کلاّ انّ کتاب الابرارلفی علییّن، کتاب مرقوم، یشهده المقربون.
The true value of the nearest ones
The nearest ones were a light of God in the backbone of their forefathers and pure wombs which the pollution of ignorance era did not pollute them nor the gloomy of this period did not cover them with dark dress, so with regard to ordinary people, the nearest ones are essential supports for faith, basic elements for Muslims, and strong hold for believers.
Imam Reza, the 8th Imam (AS) said, ‘None can describe a genuine Imam appointed by God but another genuine Imam, for true Imams have so many characters that imagination cannot gain any true character from him. A few of these characters are: Imam, the nearest one is unique in his time, none can approach him, none scholar equals him, no substitute is found for him, no parallel nor similar is there, distinguished with Grace without demand or earning rather granted from the Excellent Provider.
They are actually the remark of devotion, standards of guidance, strong rope, and authentic authorities from God over people. Since all their thoughtful regard is to seek forgiveness for having pleasure without His remembering, having comfort without His intimacy, having pleasure without His nearness, and dealing job without obeying Him. Therefore they must be masters, leaders, and defenders in religion over people because they pray for people, grant them good admonitions, sacrifice their blood to save people from ignorance and the confusion of straying, and help them not to be deceived by this world, and not to tread their good luck of the hereafter with the lowest price of this world and falling down in the whims.
